How To Check Aadhaar Authentication History Online?

Every Aadhaar card user should cultivate the habit of checking the Aadhaar authentication history periodically, to avoid frauds. The UIDAI website allows you to check Aadhaar authentication history. This is how you can check Aadhaar authentication history.

How To Check Aadhaar Authentication History Online?

1. If you want to check Aadhaar authentication history, you must visit the official website of UIDAI (Unique Identification Authority of India). After visiting the website, you need to click on "Aadhaar Authentication History” under the “Aadhaar Services” tab.

2. After you click on "Aadhaar Authentication History” you will be taken to a different page, where you will be asked to enter your Aadhaar number and a security code. After filling these details, click on send OTP. You will receive OTP on your registered mobile number.

3. After you enter the OTP, you will be redirected to another page on the website. This page contains the different types of authentications such as demographic, biometric, OTP, biometric and OTP, demographic and OTP, and demographic and biometric.

You have to select the type of authentication history you want to check. If you want to access all data, you have to select all. You can also select the date range. First enter the from date and then enter the to date. You can check authentication history of only up to 6 months. At this stage, you will be sent the OTP and you have to enter it to access usage history.

4. Once authentication is successful, the UIDAI will provide the authentication history along with authentication modality, date, time, UIDAI response code and so on. If your email id is registered with Aadhaar, you will receive an email after each authentication.

Note: To access this service you should register your mobile number with Aadhaar.
