How to Link Aadhaar with Driving License?

According to the Road Transport Act, each person must have only a single driving license and he cannot have more than one license. The driving license issued to you in your state is valid in all the states and union territories of the country, so there is no need to have multiple driving licenses.

In India, there have been many cases where people are found to have more than one license. So, in order to curb the practice of having multiple and fake driving licenses, the government is planning to link Aadhaar card with driving license. Since Aadhaar card has a unique number and personal identification information, Aadhaar link with the driving license is helpful to verify the person while issuing the driving license.
