Tell me, who doesn't want to cut expenses to save money? Almost everyone wants to save money in one or another way. There are a lot of ways where you can cut expenses and save money. In this blog, we will give you some simple tips to cut fuel expenses and save money.

Have your car serviced frequently

To maintain good engine efficiency you should get your car serviced regularly. A well-maintained engine helps you save on fuel .  A car should be serviced every 10,000-15,000 km or at least once a year, whichever is earlier.

Check tyre pressure regularly

Tyre pressure should not be less than the recommended level. If the tyre pressure is less than the recommended levels, then the car needs more fuel. The mileage gets reduced by 1-2% if you have incorrect tyre pressure. So, it is advisable to check your tyre pressure once in 15 days.

Switch off your engine at signals

Sometimes you keep the engine on, even when the vehicle is not moving. Maybe this is because you need the AC or due to sheer laziness. To save fuel you can turn off the engine at any traffic signal that takes more than 50-60 seconds. According to research, it is best to switch off the engine, if the wait at a traffic light is more than 10 seconds.
