The SCORES App has all the features of SCORES which are currently available electronically and investors can file their complaints.
SEBI SCORES is a mobile app launched by SEBI which helps investors file a complaint. Complaintfiled by investors via this app are directly lodged on the SCORES system. Once the complaint is filed; it will be taken up with the concerned entity and monitored continuously.
It is very easy to file a complaint using the SEBI SCORES app as investors can access the app through their mobile phones. Apart from filing a complaint, investors can also track the status of the complaint using this app.
Sebi SCORES app is available on both iOS and Android platforms. Once this app is downloaded; investors must register for the service. While registering they must provide their PAN and Mobile number.
There are several categories under which complaints can be lodged; they are mutual funds, depository participants, listed companies and so on. Investors can file a complaint against an investment advisor, research analyst, and stockbrokers.
Investors are allowed to check the status of any company; primarily those operating as collective investment schemes. This helps investors know the details of the company immediately.
Once the investor files a complaint after the registration process; he will receive an acknowledgment through SMS and email on his registered mobile number and e-mail ID. The acknowledgment is sent for each complaint filed on the app.
