A lot of people have lost their money while withdrawing cash from ATMs and while making online payments using their cards.  These incidents have really scared people.  Even though measures have been taken and consumers informed on these frauds, it is still on the rise. So, current trends are to focus on online security measures to prevent fraud. New security layers and codings have been implemented to enhance security and for fraud prevention.

2. Look and feel

In the upcoming ATM revolution, the look and feel of the ATM machine is going to change. The entire look of the ATMs will be changed and it will be made more user-friendly through a new UI and UX. This new look is going to reduce confusion and offers a better experience.

3. API integration

The full form of API is ‘application program interface’. It is a set of protocol, routines and tools that are used to create software. Customers might initially find it difficult to understand tough terms and conditions, but they will find it easier to interact at a later stage.

4. Service

The sector is planning to offer more personalized services to users. This will be like the service normally received at a bank or a hotel.
