I transferred Rs. 1000/- (Rs. 500*2) from my Mobikwik wallet to Bank on 23/07/2015 and total amount Rs. 1040/- (Rs. 520*2) got debited to my account, but not credited to my Bank. The status is showing as "Pending" since 23/07/2015 against transaction ids - TRZODE3SRPYW and RKXBISZWY9NM. I have lodged complaint 4 times through their website and also talked to their customer care executive on 9466446644, but neither I got any satisfactory reply nor my amount was refunded back. Kindly help.
