With reference to your grievance regarding fraudulent transaction in your account, we request you to kindly contact the branch where you hold your account and report this issue. You may also contact the Cyber Cell. To avoid further misuse, we request you to contact at our mentioned toll free numbers *********** and *********** and get your card blocked. Our customer service representatives are available 24*7 to assist you. Alternatively, you may also visit the branch where you hold your account and give a request to send us your card details from their official email id to block the card. We request you to kindly find the below mentioned Different ways to Block ATM Card: At present, the State Bank Debit Cardholders can block their State Bank Debit Card through the following channels: By calling State Bank Contact Centre. By visiting any nearest State Bank Branch By Internet Banking Platform (Personal Segment customers only) Pre- Login on Anywhere Personal à click on More à Card Blocking Post Login on à e-Services à ATM Card Services à Block ATM Card By sending an SMS in the following format: BLOCKXXXX to 567676 from Cardholder’s registered mobile number (in CBS) only (XXXX is the last 4 digits of State Bank Debit Card which Cardholder wishes to block). On acceptance of the request for blocking, the Card holder shall get a confirmatory SMS alert with ticket number, date and time of blocking. We also have the facility to block your ATM card through online banking following two ways: (i) without logging into OnlineSBI. (ii) With logging into OnlineSBI. (i) Without logging into OnlineSBI: STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE: Step 1: Go to home page of OnlineSBI or retail login page Step 2: Select "Block ATM Card" link. After Clicking a new page will open. Step 3: Procedure to Block ATM card will be displayed on the screen. Step 4: Click on 'Next Step' button to proceed. Step 5: Input your account number. Step 6: Select 'Country' from the dropdown. Step 7: Input the mobile number registered with the bank. Step 8: Enter the text as shown in the image. Step 9: Click 'Submit' button. Step 10: Enter the One time password sent to your mobile phone. Step 11: Click 'Submit' button. Step 12: A success message would be displayed with a Ticket No. after successful blocking of your ATM cum Debit Card. Note this Ticket No. for future reference. (ii) With Logging into OnlineSBI: STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE: Step 1: Login to with your username and password. Step 2: Select "ATM Card Services” link under the "e-Services" tab Step 3: Select the Block ATM Card. Step 4: the entire Active and blocked cards will be displayed. You will be shown the first 4 and last 4 digits of the card(s). Step 5: Select the Card, you wish to block and click "Submit". Verify the details and confirm. Step 6: Select the mode of authentication as either SMS OTP or Profile Password. Step 7: On the next screen, enter the OTP password /Profile password as chosen earlier and Click "Confirm". Step 8: A success message would be displayed with a Ticket No. after successful blocking of your ATM cum Debit Card. Note this Ticket No. for future reference. Note: Cards once blocked, cannot be unblocked through Online SBI. We would like to assure you that since this is a PIN based card nobody can misuse your card unless you have disclosed your PIN number to someone or kept the PIN along with the card. We would also like to inform you that the Bank will not be liable for any transactions that take place till the time the card is blocked. Important Information:- Your ATM PIN and TPIN is a confidential number, so do not disclose it to anyone including branch official and do not write it down. State Bank of India never sends email/SMS or makes phone calls asking customers to update their personal or security information such as username, password, one time SMS password, card number etc., Beware! Only fraudsters may ask for such details related to credentials. Please do not respond to such emails/SMS/phone calls. Forward such emails to (email hidden). Debit Card No: *********** Here attaching following details for reference: 1. SBI Bank Statement 2. Police Complaint 3. Adhar card copy of Dhuljibhai He is servant and by hard work, he earned the amount and the he lost his hard earned money. please help him to get his hard earned money back.
