We bought one AC 1 ton 3 star from CROMA last year. We are facing regular problem from last three months. You can check the complaint Status, Mobile No - ***********. We are not happy with the service team. Even after regular reminders we are facing this issue of not cooling from last three months. The only way left us to register a case against croma in consumer forum.
Sir/madam I rahul lahot mobile +***********.We bought car maruti suzuki swift zdi pb22j5330 in december 2012 from tr sawhney wazirabad delhi and also we made full insurance two times from the showroom.On 18 february 2014 we gave over car to tara motor ganganagar road abohar punjab in accidental condition at their service center.The body shall was damage but engine was alright.They decided to change car's body shall because over under insurance that we can claim 5'46'214 lakhs.The service center make estimate around 3, 00, 000 lakhs for repair.Now they make over estimate around 4, 50, 000 and we already deposited them 60, 000 rupees that they said now they want more 1, 50, 000 lakhs from us that we unable to pay because we pay our car loan also to sbi.To till date company create so many problems.We complaint so many time to maruti suzuki's head office about service center but nobody listen about our car matter, till now over car is there.We are fully harassed in the fight between insurance and service center.Please solve our problem for we shall very thank full to you.
I am a Retd. Colonel and shifting my 20 years old household stuff from Jalandhar to Gurgaon was a little difficult for me. Had to move for my son’s job was here and my matter of concern was the long secured items I had bought from different parts of the globe. All my decorative items have been lovingly collected by my late wife and I am emotionally attached to each. Any damage to these items would have been heart breaking for me but my son ensured of safety and secure moving by Agarwal Packers and Mover and I had no choice but believe the same. I am happy with the kind of packaging they did to each of our items. All the expensive and fragile items were packed with layers of bubble sheets. I was happy to see all things intact and the way the staff set up all the things humbly at my new home.
Idea has charged for VAS without consent Since, 15th of July, I have been charged by VAS without my consent on ***********. Where as i have immediately sent msgs to 155223 to deactivate the services as & when i received any msgs of VAS getting activated. I have made several calls to Idea customer care to inform them about these VAS services getting activated without my consent. I was informed by Idea customer care representative that they get activated if you are browsing, I explained him that any VAS can be activated by Idea only if it is with my explicit consent as per TRAI norms. I told him I have all my sms history & prove me where i have sent msgs to activate VAS. Now they have sent me a bill with SMS MT (VAS) cumulative cost of Rs. 1604/- On what basis they can charge 1604/- in bill amount? Service tax also being charged on this amount.
I was not paid my full & final settlement by my employer and my employer is reluctant to pay travel expense reimbursement and my notice pay saying that I have been dismissed on the disciplinary ground and they are not liable to make any payment to me.At the time of joining I was signed an offer letter and last pages of terms & conditions.I insisted for the entire terms & conditions but they provided the same after my joining which I disagreed to sing in all pages.Now after one year, when I resigned they are saying in case of summary dismissal, all payment to the employee is seized.Since, I haven't signed any agreement what is the logic of summary dismissal!!I believe, It's tactic not to pay the outgoing employees by this company.I have gathered they have earlier also terminated 3-4 employees and this US based MNC do not respect Indian Employees and India Rules & regulation.Can anybody help me with way out to recover my dues from this company?

Dear IFB, I am using Elena DX model First complaint - "***********" Technician advised to fit filter worth Rs.3600/-, problem repeated again. Second complaint - "***********" Technician said there is dust in the circuit, problem repeated again. Third complaint - "***********" I said this problem is repeating and asked to consider my concern on priority, till now 11.30 a.m no technician has contacted. Is this the way a customer is to be treated, the technician is not trained he just takes trial and error method.
