In the month of July I received a call from Mulyashop that they have a vedio camera pen and they motivated me to book the item and unfortunately i booked the item. it was 13th of July when I received the sms " Your shipment 722408386 will be delivered by Ecom Express today. Value of the shipment is Rs 2198.00" I received the consignment next day. After opening the consignment I found the pen was/camera was not working. I immediately contacted the costumer care in reply of my complaint they told me to send it bake we will replace the item. On 17th of July, 2015 I booked the Item and forward to destiny vide Shipment No *********** Blue dart. Today is 11th day of August but I have neither received any call nor the replacement.
I am feeling bad that we are paying for original screens and we are getting duplicates even in authorised service stations... And they are getting cracks with in a month...I had a doubt if moto itself is like that or they are giving me duplicates...
I received the July 2015 bill of amount 381.65 Rs. It was including 299 Rs which is my postpaid plan. On top of that they charged 46 Rs of roaming charges which was 24.42 Rs as I checked at month end. They included tax 46 Rs which should be 14% of 299=42. So total bill should be 365 Rs. I called them 3-4 times to correct my bill but instead of correcting the bill they barred my number. 2-3 times I got confirmation that they are going to correct my bill. But when I called today they were saying no sir this is the bill which you have to pay to start your services. Their bill calculation is totally wrong because of that they are able to make their customer fool. So somebody is seriously looking the bill and they know what It should be then they can raise their voice as I am raising my voice about that. Hi, My Father has taken Bajaj Allianz SARVE SHAKTI SURAKSHA policy on the name of my Mother through The KDCC bank and we have been paying premium for the same @10, 000 per year for the past 5 years. Now this policy is near to maturity Date (Maturity Date is 28-08-2015). So we called up to the Bajaj Allianz Customer Care to get the detail about the fund value and maturity value of the policy. As mentioned already, we had paid a premium of Rs. 10, 000 for 5 year. So it comes around 50, 000/- Rs. Now since we called Bajaj Allianz Customer Care to know Maturity Value on Maturity Date. We were SHOCKED to hear that out of Rs. 10, 000/- Premiums paid by us, we will be getting around Rs. 47, 718/- back only. This was not communicated to us at the time of applying for policy. Despite the representative guaranteed us good returns after 5 years (Total Paid Premium + Return). Same thing he showed us in the Policy Brochure. Now we are left in complete mess. We are fully depressed, since we feel we are cheated by this company we trusted. We also asked for the account statement to get in more detail. But the account statement they provided is full of confusions. They charged fees amount without any base. There is no certainty in the base rate. Such fees were not communicated by their representative in the beginning. We expect some positive reply from you ASAP. At least expect our principal amount back. Policy Reference No. :- ***********
Dear Sir, This is to inform you that My Self Pratyush Singh has purchase A mobile HTC 816G (New Edition 16 GB) which was not working fine & I submitted the same on 11 may 2015 at your service centre & which I receive after several calls on 15 June 2015 but when I check it again the ringer of the mobile was not working which when I complain to the service centre manager Mr. Abhay I get the response that I shoudl keep the set with me & they will resolve the issues within 72 Hrs but unfortunately today is 21 July which is almost 1.5 month pass but no response or result is generated till time. I may request you to kindly do the delivery within 24 hrs or return my money otherwise I will be bound to file RTI for this and Complain to consumer forum for the same. Am awaiting for the needful revert from the prestigious company.

Sir, yesterday I gave my mobile to the service center, again with the same network issue, this time vibration also not working and heating issue.This is the second time, I'm facing this problem. I asked for replacement in the service center, they said, they have to get the permission from the customer service. But customer service is not giving replacement. I'm not at all satisfied with this htc care. Last time itself when I went to get back the Mobile from the service center they broken my back panel of my mobile and they are not responding properly. I am Vivek Sharma. My airtel prepaid mobile number *********** is being wrongly charged for incoming calls even after doing a roaming recharge. Recently I have come to New Delhi for work and thus was on roaming my number being from Maharashtra circle. On 17th July 2015 i recharged my number with Roaming pack of Rs.29 for 28 days. This recharge provides free incoming for 28 days and local calls at Rs 0.80/min and STD calls at Rs 1.15/min.I got the confirmation message for the recharge at around 08:08 PM. Even after doing this recharge i noticed that there were deductions in my balance for incoming.I called up the customer care on 18th July 2015. The Senior Supervisor understood my problem and accepted that I am being wrongly charged. he registered a complaint on my number and asked me to wait for the technical department to get back to me in 24 hours.He also refunded Rs 36 for the wrong charge. The reference number of complaint was CBNRV***********. On 20th July 2015 I received a call from technical department number +*********** but it lasted for some 10 seconds and i could not hear anything.After sometime I received a message saying that the Technical Department of Airtel was trying to reach me. My problem was still not solved so I called up the customer care again. They transferred my call to another Senior Supervisor. I explained him the whole scenario again. He said that your problem will definitely be solved by 04:00 PM on 21st July 2015. I asked whether I need to recharge another roaming pack as I have to receive calls but he refused. He said like you were refunded earlier of being wrongly charged you will be refunded again till the problem is not solved. The problem was not solved. I called up again and spoke to another Senior Supervisor and he said that he will arrange a technical department callback for me . But there was no call back. I called up again on the night 21st July 2015 and another senior supervisor said that there was technical problem and that is why they could not call but will surely call before 10 AM of 22nd July 2015. There was no call back from the technical department. I called up the customer care again on 22nd July 2015 at around 1130 PM. This time I spoke to the Senior supervisor and told him the issue. This SENIOR SUPERVISOR called MAHESH from MAHARASHTRA CIRCLE was very RUDE and NOT EVEN LISTENING TO ME.He again said we will check with technical department but this time I refused to postpone it. I asked for my refund of balance and said that will do a new roaming recharge for the time being. He started giving me vague solutions like checking my settings of networks and was not listening to me only. He said that you are not being wrongly charged etc. He straightaway said I CANNOT HELP YOU and do whatever you want. He kept the phone thereafter. The reference numbers which were given to me are- CWRCH*********** CBDCC*********** CBNRV*********** I want the total refund of the incoming deductions made on my number after 18th July 2015.My problem of incoming calls should be either solved as soon as possible. I have booked Car (ertiga maruti) since last one and half month back with downpayment 3lakh rupees.after so many follows they failed to delivery on time.still we are touch up with 7 drives Car shop in Andheri. can anyone help how to resolve it.they are giving date in date which they failed to give delivery on date. my suggestion is no one should book Car from 7 drives
