I have ordered some food for my dinner because I was not feeling well and delivery guy had an accident but I got a mail as order delivered in mean while I got call from one of the swiggy executive and she said it is cancelled and had an accident and I am trying to reorder it bahalf of yours and I didn't get that also...I called executive and he said item is not available so I am not able to order we are refunding your money and I said it will take more time i need refund within half an hour bank should send a text msg like refunded and also as compensation he has offered me 125 rs coupon and I was convinced again I called lady picked it up and she said we cannot order the same again you can order something and again I called executive and he said we will offer 100rs coupon plus refund amount is already in progress sir...but coupon will refund within 5 -10 mnts because I dont have many to have dinner that's why I fought with them...but still they did not add the coupon and I have recorded audio and I dropped mail to the swiggy customer support mail. This is how I have got cheated...

I had ordered one Xiaomi MI box on 08.06.2019 (at Banggood.com); order no. 67548902. On 8th Jul' 19, I received the package with item missing. There was a folded magazine inside instead of the ordered item. Also, there was a note from the Customs Officer (Kolkata) wherein it is clearly indiacted that theres mismatch in contents declared versus contents actually found. Immediately, I reported to Banggood (email@example.com) with pictures. On 9th Jul, they have again asked for photos, which I have provided immediately. Then on 11th Jul, they have asked me to take up with local couriers for the missing consignment; shunning their responsibility for after-sales service. Is it the customer's responsibility to run from pillar to post for items not yet received?
Bought Vivo V15 Pro from Dealer "R.R. Mobile World"(Reciept file is attached)GS Palya, Konappana agrahara, Electronci city Banglore India. While buying mobile working good. After next day I saw Small crack in mobile which is difficult to identify and it is showing blue color and after some time display is not working. There is no device hardware issue happen in our side. We explained this to Dealer & Vivo service center. They are telling it is hardware issue and not ready to fix this from their side for free. They have delivered a wrong products of very cheap cotton quality(pic attached for reference) and I couldn't return my order in website as there is no option for it in My Orders section. Number mentioned in site is always switched off. No response for email also. Please help me to get back my hard earned money !
