Three products were returned... For fee days refund was available on site... But now its gone without any purchase... Now its not available anymore.. I sent both pics for returned goods and the credit page.. Please look to it and make the credit refund... And also why is pay on delivery option is not available any more... In two monts battery is not responding .so i gone to service center they told me they will replace in one days .now it, s i had visited there service center three times . they always said next day. next day. there employees does not talk properly.

I was a big fan of ola, until last few bad experiences. 1)on 1st aug my 2 hrs advanced booking was cancelled last minute by the arrogant driver at mangalore - result: missed the flight 2) trivandrum, on 7th -even after advance booking no show by the driver- called customer support-they said they are sending a vehicle-waited for 1 hr -no response 3)trivandrum, booked on 8th morning-driver calls me &asks where to go ? when i said kovalam, reluctantly agrees but never turns up.When i called again he says vehicle is spoilt. -re booked driver refused to come -excuse was he cannot get return custome
I bought sony z ultra last year august.this year it was not charging so the service centre gave me a refurbished set.I had to again get the screen guard put when the set was not even new.now after a month the refurbished set screen goes blank as soon as I make a call and the blank screen stays like that only and can't use the phone until the call doesn't get disconnected from the other end.my complaint is why did I have to go through so much mental trauma of going all the way to lajpat nagar and still such a reputed high end phone is refurbished and a new set not given and still people are not able to hear my voice also when I speak from this phone,

Hi, This complain has still not been resolved and am getting payment mails again and again.After I posted this complain airtel sent me an email that i do not have to pay anything and my account will be disconnected. But nothing was done and still am getting payment mails. Now the customer care people are making stories that this account is active because of ownership transfer which i have never applied for.I never even heard anything like that so why will I apply for that. Must say that Airtel customer care service is the most pathetic one.I cannot take this nonsense anymore. I need immediate disconnection and also I am not paying anything as the last payment where I confirmed disconnection twice has been paid in April.I do not owe anything to Airtel. I have the whole chain of mails exchanged so if that is required I can send it to the concerned person. Regards, Astha Shaw
