I ordered 2 Pizza, 1 Coke, and 1 Cheese Garlic Bread from Ovenstory via Paytm ONDC App. After almost 2 hours I only got 1 pizza and 1 garlic bread that to in a bad condition, inedible and stale. I spoke with Delivery Guy's supervisor and oven story but no one is taking responsibility and is blaming the other stakeholder. As a consumer, I have no clue who to hold accountable for the money I lost. I have sufficient proof to prove what I am claiming.

Jeffory Jacob from Whitefield Bangalore had taken a gold loan no GL1422180 on 8th May 2020 of Rs 162000.00 at interest of 12%. The IIFL Finance company stopped allowing us to pay the gold loan and cheated us by not giving me any update of my senior citizen's mother's jewellery. They captured my gold without calling or informing me. Whenever I call them they don't update me of my gold.
