Dear Sir/Madam, just to let you know the incident happened to me on July 19, 2015. Briefly, I was board on AirIndia Express (IX622; bound to Kualalumpur from Chennai; Seat Number: 14C; Pxr Name: Seyed Mohamed Mohamed Ali) departing at 4.17 pm after a short delay. After 45 minutes, flight crew started distributing meals (I believe its a complimentary one). While the meal was distributed myself and another pxr sat next to me asked another water bottle (happen to be he was the crew supervisor), he promised to provide us after the distribution but somehow, he had forgotten. I went to the rear side and asked two bottles of water (one for me and another for next pxr). I didn't expect the answer from one middle aged lady crew named Susheela Wade (from Madhya Pradesh (info provide by another crew after lodging my complaint to Captain through crew Supervisor) that no, extra water can't be provided in a rude manner (with a sarcastic voice with very very unacceptable rude manner). I politely told her, Madam, please tell me the same in a soft manner. Her response was immediately like this "I will behave like that only and go complaint anywhere". But it was surprise to me that the other crews started distributing extra water to all without asking (as a part of their service). I travelled elsewhere in the world in the last 25 years, I never met a crew like her in the service industry. Hope you can take action against her as she is maniac. FYI, my complaint is with the flight Captain. Thanks
I have booked a order of cookware set on 18th Dec 2014 but till date we didn't receive total item. We have received some parts(3 item) of Cookware Set on Feb 2015. Rest remaining items not delivered till date. I have tried to call your 2dayshopping team many time but they only assure us your rest remaining item will be delivered shortly. When it will delivered they (2dayshoppings Team) also don't have any idea. I request you that please check this issue. Aske me is a big fraud and the customer care peoples are supporting to the company. We ordered product on june 11th Set of 2 Portable Shuffle Clip On Mini MP3 Player Order number AB3520040. Its been 2months till now we havent get the product. when we contact the customer care they are rplying that problem is with the courier people. Its been two months product not yet delivered and customer care people are worst they will be having same content call back 24hrs and we will not get any call back and they wont give proper response they will disconnect the call when we requested for the money They wont revert the money back.

I, Syed Raza on behalf of my father is writing this complaint which goes as below: Consumer Name: Syed Md Aslam, Consumer no. 7500000090477821, Distributor name: R D Indane, 177160. District Rohtas, Bihar. This isn't just regarding the non-receipt of my subsidy even after submitting all the relevant documents under Non-Aadhaar-based Direct Benefit Transfer scheme (Form 4) on 18/02/15 (I've an stamped receiving of the same) but a complaint on behalf of all the consumers in my town who are being regularly harassed by your distributor and are being scammed by his wrong doings. Few examples are as below: > I have taken 3 cylinders between Feb and Apr-15, out of which two were not even accounted by the distributor and were given without any records quoting some technical problem in printing receipts. > We were asked to pay 75 rupees without any receipts as processing charges. > The distributor is extremely ill-behaved and non-cooperative and often found man-handling innocent consumers who are not so literate to raise their voice against him. These are just few examples. If you dig deeper there would be many cases and scams worth crores underlying black money being skimmed on account of the subsidy of the innocent consumers. It is our request and appeal to the concern officials to immediately set up an audit against the distributor, take strict actions and compensate the harassed consumers as soon as possible. Since last 5 days there is no signal in all my 3 Set Top Boxes which are under ID No. 1047848716 inspite of the fact that the weather conditions are perfectly allright. I have called up the Tata Sky helpline more than 50 times in the last 5 days, but no technician from their end has neither called up nor has come to my house to address the issue. Whenever i call the helpline number, all that the representatives say is that your complaint is already registered with us and that we are looking into the same and someone will attend shortly but despite all these assurances there is no response from their end. I have never witnessed such poor response ever before and fail to understand why this is happening. I would request some senior person in the hierachy to please look into my problem on a priority basis and get the issue sorted out at the ealiest. Hello Sir/Madam, I gave my bike (FZ) for service SERVICE CENTER THIRUNEERMALAI ROAD, CHROMPET, Chenai-600044. While taking delivery I found that there is a scratch in the tank. The person who takes my bike for service he accepted that was their fault and it can be serviced. Once he consulted with manager he asked me to come next week. I went next week they said painter not there come next week. I again went next week they told paint is not available. The again I came back and went on 22-07-2015. I asked them to service the bike and give me when its ready. They called me several times in the evening on the same day and asked me bike is ready. When I went to pickup my bike the scratch remain same. The manager shouted at me its not their fault. He spoken very badly and told me it cannot be done. It is almost 6 WEEKS for one Order No 1120790520 and am not sure when will i be receiving it, otherwise please initiate a full refund. Also what is the status of my another order 1122508839 which is 4 WEEKS now. I am frustrated since not getting any response. I HAVE SENT ATLEAST 10 MAILS AND CALLED 10 TIMES WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE.
