We had bought two cars namely of Skoda Laura regn no UP16AD5212 in march 2011 in the name of Mr Alok Agarwal and the other Skoda Yeti regn no UP16AE2521 in june 2011 in the name of Mr Ajay Agarwal from Jai Auto authorized dealer Skoda India. Both the cars were covered under extended warranty. Both cars developed ECM snag on the stroke of the 4 year warranty expiry. While Jai Auto covered the Laura under goodwill warranty and returned back the car in reasonable time without too many hassles, Nawab motors has had the other car (Yeti) for over 1 month now without any response. They fail to share any correspondence with Skoda, even respond to my queries. They have collected a cheque of Rs. 40k from me, and have never even ordered the ECM. Once the car is with them, an advance of Rs. 40k is with them, they simply refuse to proceed ahead. I have lodged a complaint at the Skoda customer care by sending them an email. They have asked me to contact one Ms. Soniya who has left the dealership several months back. The other contact they have mentioned in their mail Mr. Ajay Dhingra does not respond or read mails. I understand I will now have to approach the consumer courts for Skoda to explain why snags develop exactly after the 4 years warranty expires. In one car it might be a coincidence, but in two cars it is perhaps some issue which everyone should be aware of. I am currently using a rental car for my daily commute and I am sure the consumer courts will award suitable compensation, particularly in light of the casual attitude shown by everyone at Skoda, the dealership, all around. This complaint is being forwarded to all contacts I can come across at Skoda by registered mail.

I made the payment of Rs.3490/- through SBI debit card on 6th April 2015 (for slender and shaper viabrating machine) bearing order number 462243742166354. Till now neither product has been shipped nor refunded my money. Many times I tried to make contact over customer care number, but always it is busy. I sent dozens of email regarding this matter, every time they replied within 48 hourse my problem will be resolved. Till now they have not taken any steps to resolve my problem

Purchased though Snapdeal on 08 Jun 15 (Invoice No JPSD1516132894) 2. Received on 12 Jun 15 3. Poor volume of speaker and loudspeaker observed after phone was put to use. Phone ring is not audible if phone is located in next room or ambient sound level is high. Also, speaker and loudspeaker audio during call is not clear unless the ambient noise level is low. 4. Registered complaint on line on Samsung website. 5. Received phone call with instructions to try certain corrections by putting phone in safe mode. All attempts failed to provide any improvement. 6. Touch screen started malfunctioning 7. Taken to service centre at Coimbatore for repairs. (Service Centre Bill No: 4197733777 dated 14 Jul 15) 8. Entire audio system and touch screen replaced. 9. Only marginal improvement in volume found. This was indicated to service centre rep then and there. They said no further improvement in volume was possible. 10. About a week ago my wife discovered that the camera is not functioning. We tried all kinds of settings including in safe mode, but problem persisted. 11. Complaint was again registered online through website. 12. Got call next day and was advised to again visit service centre and meet Manager there. 13. Went to service centre and met manager. They have again taken phone for replacement of camera. (Service Centre Bill No: 4199299037 dated 11 Aug 15) 14. I requested for replacement or refund, but Manager refused to acknowledge that the phone was defective and said that unless some more failures happened they would not consider this option. I have had to visit the Service Centre (located 15 km away from my home) five times till now. Tomorrow I have to go again for collection. I have also spent Rs 500 more on a cover for the phone and a scratch guard. The scratch guard has now been removed in course of repairs and is wasted. The phone has a micro sim so every time phone goes for repair, my wife cannot go back to the old phone which had a regular sim. Last time, phone came back fully formatted so I had to re-enter all the contact information stored in phone. I fear that the there may be many more failures in future and once warranty expires I will end up paying for all this. I want replacement with a different better model or full refund (including the cost of phone, cover, scratch guard and all petrol expenses on repeated trips to the Service Centre). Purchased product on 4/07/15. Product has been delivered on 11/07. Despite repeated calls no one came to install it. The agents did not connect the call to supervisor upon request as well. They say they do not have supervisors. Today is 23/07/15. If there is any technical issue, I think the service will be even worse. I can't even submit an online request to set up a return. If I would have purchased from a local store, at the most it would have taken 2 days to get it installed. I wasted 22k for this product.
Dear Sir, I want to know the news by TOI dt.10 June'15 for Tatkal Cancellation Refund (50%) as Heading:-Rail Tatkal ticket booking timings revised; 50% refund on cancellation.The news is this:- NEW DELHI: Indian Railways has changed the timing for the booking of Tatkal tickets, and said that customers can get a refund of upto 50% on cancellation for the same. Timing is OK but what is the Refund news? IRCTC Customer care did;t refund the Tatkal Refund to?????
