Payment bills still getting generated though connection was discoonected

Hi, This complain has still not been resolved and am getting payment mails again and again.After I posted this complain airtel sent me an email that i do not have to pay anything and my account will be disconnected. But nothing was done and still am getting payment mails. Now the customer care people are making stories that this account is active because of ownership transfer which i have never applied for.I never even heard anything like that so why will I apply for that. Must say that Airtel customer care service is the most pathetic one.I cannot take this nonsense anymore. I need immediate disconnection and also I am not paying anything as the last payment where I confirmed disconnection twice has been paid in April.I do not owe anything to Airtel. I have the whole chain of mails exchanged so if that is required I can send it to the concerned person. Regards, Astha Shaw

Defective product

Dear Sir, I bought this product (Micromax A300) on Sep''14 & within 4 months of use the motherboard get damaged & i have lost lot of data, the service provider insist to change the motherboard with my cost when i inform them to go for consumer coat case then they replaced the same under warranty. Again on 8th Aug-15 the mobile was not getting started & i have submitted the same to M/s Jabil global services, vatika city & they are insisting me to change the motherboard again with my cost. I am facing lot of problem by using this phone. Many conact losses happened due to this which affect my image in my company. So i need replacement of this phone or money back from M/s Micromax. Sir please help me in this regard

Not back my mobile phone

I gave my phone (HTC Desire 626G+) for repair at an HTC authorized service centre Nirman vihar on 28/7/2015. I was informed that i will get the phone back within 7-8 days. I finally called on their helpdesk (18002663566) on 5th august and he saying that u will wait for 48hr after that i m tell him that i want my mobile without repair bcoz i m going to himachal but now i was not going there and 10th august i was called him again asking where is my mobile then he tell me again you should wait for 48 hr . what should i do plzz u should take step on HTC mobile

Reliance Communications - Reliance Data card/Internet not working

Hi, 1. Its been one month am not able to recharge my Reliance Data Card & not use it - Card number 9347350003 (both through online and through stores). It always shows error message while recharging - "Server down for maintenance error". No resolution yet for the same issue even after several complaints. Few Complaint numbers for reference:- 235277224 235726695 2. Both Customer Care and Nodal officers wrongly close the complaints after few days saying the issue has been resolved without testing. They do this perhaps to avoid SLA breach. Nodal Officers are good for nothing. As a second level of contact, they are not able to provide the correct information and resolve the issue in time frame. 3. No clarity on refund / replacing the device from Nodal officers when they know the issue is not resolved. This shows unethical practices being carried out by Reliance Communications division. Please don't regret after wasting your money and time in Reliance Data Card. Avoid Reliance Data Cards, there are lot better options in the market. Thanks,

Issued the policy in the name of the ICICI bank OD facility

Dear My Name is Sandesh I work as a manager in Hyd i received a call from the ICICI bank Delhi ans said they will provide a OD facility for that i have to take a policy from the Bajaj Allianz the premium will be 80K for the OD of 15 Lacks. They got the signature on the policy documents as well as the OD form of the ICICI bank. Then after the submission of the Documents and cheque of 80000 Rs. I receibved a call from the ICICI bank and after asking some questions they told that my OD has been approved for 16.45 laks and they will present the cheque. The cheque got cleared and after 20 days received the policy. After that they told that i will get a call for the policy mortgauge from the ICIC bank. Now i Am trying to call them the Nos are coming switched off and temporirly out of service. I dont want the policy which is put me on Fraud basis. Also if people use the name of such reputed banks and easily roam with their forms then how anyone will believe in the Bank. I have long association with the ICICI bank. Now i am doubting the bank as how did they get My Mobile no. Now planning to shift all my banking within a year as I no longer Have trust. Please clarify Name of the People SONIA, RENu 9911200759 and 9718928855

Abusive calls from the team

I have HDFC Credit card with me as I am having other banks credit cards as well and it is only 3 months I have HDFC credit card and one of my payment got miss so I got a call back from one of the agent asking me why the payment was late, I was in office so at my office phone is not allowed so when I picked the calls I told him that within 5 days i will make the payment and the reason is someone was hospitalised so I was out of town but the other guy started in hindi- JAB BAS KI NAHI HAI TO KARJA LETE KYU HO BANK SE, APKI SALARY K HISAB SE ITNA LIMIT KAISE DE DIYA BANK NE - it is not hard to understand that within 5 days you will get the payment and still you are calling my mother and saying we will collect it by sending agents forcefully- i think this is appaling services, i will be paying whole amount in one go as CITI and ICICI are very good in terms of service as I never miss payment but still, they are understanding, i want to raise this further and If I am not getting any reply we will be reaching banking ombudsman for resolution .

NR-295 Refrigerator Panasonic

I purchased a refrigerator NR-295 from Choudhury Electronics Burla on 2/01/2015. It is in the Warranty period. Now I find that the door of the Refrigerator is not closing properly. For this water is flowing continuously from it and through out the house. Accordingly I booked online complain first on 23/05/2015 with request number R230515157467 and next on 14/07/2015 with a request number R140715057746. Each time the service man is coming but the problem is not solved. Interestingly the objective of the service person is to tear service coupon from the warranty booklet. What I intend to tell is that the door of it is not closing properly & the problem is not solved. Therefore necessary steps may be taken to either solve the problem or replace the refrigerator.
