Respected sir, I'm Claude Dsouza filing this complaint against flipcart service and the product dell Inspiron 5000 series that I recently bought from flipcart. I bought the laptop in the second week of June for an urgent need to do my college project. But the laptop was overheated from day. The apps too shut down suddenly. The piece was defected. Immediately I filed a request for refund. Complaint no. 15071002550 For more than a month they kept delaying the refund and finally after hundreds of call and complaints they made a replacement on July 22. Now the replaced laptop isn't a new piece. It has been used and locked by some customer named Dwayne Menezes (email@example.com). This is truly a scam. Isn't it a cheat? They said I'll be replaced with a new piece. But I received an used one which is locked. Now I'm filing this case in the consumer court, for cheating and forging. Because of the bad service and bad product piece, my assignments were delayed which affected the grades.
I booked taxi on 20st of July 2015 from Shahdara Delhi to Puspanjli Hospital, Gzb for my parents with booking no TFS-PP-C25843828. This is the frequent root of my parents as they had to go thrice a week and charges comes around Rs 210 to 230. This time I already have Rs 200 in my wallet. At the time of charges the driver took Rs 178 from my parents and also my Rs. 200 was deducted. As per the bill provided on mail total charges is Rs 227 from which i had to pay Rs. 27. Seen all above Rs 151 should be credited in my account. For that i raise a mail also on 21st July 2015 but no response.
I have purchased Asemble Desktop computer from local dealer with HP Pavilion 22fi LCD Screen. Now there is Blinking a blue verticle line sometime in LCD screen. I have contact customer care for Warrenty but they said that Serial Number does not match? I have not LCD bill.

i have a reliance gsm no 7877550644. on date 29/07/2015 i recharge my no with 123 rs for data pack. At*129# i got a offer in 123 recharge 2gb 3G data with 28 days validity. but i got 2 gdata with 14 days validity. i tried to complaint on 198 but my phone is not connecting to this no. computer always repeat one line thanks for calling in reliance customer care.
Sir, my village total population is about 5000 . it same for us because in my village up to this time no electricity pole reached . we village member are request u to plz provide electricity in bhabhta . due electricity problem our child are not able to read at night .due to this we have to sleep up to 8 pm only, we are aware for our child and coming next generation . plz take our problem in consideration .
I had two reliance postpaid data card net connections 9382939352 & 9382598109. For both the numbers i have sent the cancellation request on June 1st. But the services not cancelled/terminated and still i am getting bills. Till today i have paid the outstanding due amount for both the services. Please do not get money from people for the unused service. Please help to know the termination status of these two numbers 9382939352 & 9382598109. I really frustrated with reliance services. I buy a laptop in aug 18 2014 company gives 1 year waaranty and accedential warranty i am facing problem in screen but when i call dell company says your warranty is end in july but how it possible when i was buy in aug 18 2014 and i have bill when i try many times then company says that send bill when i send bill he says that your bill is not seen proper
I deposited the amount of 1, 50, 000 in different different installments to the site but finally the game which i won is not returning. and they r saying once deposited cash will not be returned. and here the game is completely manipulated by their team members. finally the result is loosing the money of members.
Hello there, I booked two online tickets for 9.40 am show on 23rd July. But, when we went for check in, the gatekeeper told us to come back at 11.00 am show as its 11.00 am booking. Then, when we checked in for 11.00 am show and movie was about to start, we were asked to come outside and told that our booking was for 9.40 am show which we had already missed due to stupid mistake of that stupid gatekeeper of your company. So, we returned without watching movie and our mood was totally spoiled. Now, please look into the matter and help me for refund my money or book another show to compensate us.
