I have submitted a complaint about getting two sarees instead of the gowns that I have order. But there is no response from any source. Kindly revert and refund.Order no 154104. Price:1400/- The two sarees which I have received are very worst and cheap. The numbers provided are fake. The website is fake everything about this site is fake. These people are stealing money. Can this site be given complain in P. S? Can anyone suggest.
Had ordered a gown worth 750and received a very poor quality saree instead and cudnt even reach the customer care as the number given is always not reachable ????

Since It's been a long time I am following up with the company, still I have not received my order. Whenever I have Asked to Care regarding the same, It's been communicated to me that It is under process. Here I would like to bring you my point as follows: Worst experience, status shows delivered, but I didn’t get my Order, 3 days completed. Worst customer service, 100 times call to care unable to connect, Every time I got that is busy unable to take you call. This type of fraud service you are executing in your organisation, care executive commitment is that we are taking your issue is on highest priority but 3 days completed??? Till now I didn’t understand your priority. Today, When I agin call your customer care they blocked my number I have called 100 times waited over 20-20 minutes, nothing we got. As gentle I again raise a query in Twitter, FB replied we are taking your issue in priority. But what I see after 20-30 minutes they cancelled order and replied me that its a human error, we have reverted your amount in related bank. I simply ask who gave you permission to cancel my order, I do order because I need that commodity at that time. Today I have seen several complaints in FB, Twitter you guys only doing your business, Every statement there is a word “SORRY”. I don’t think so you know the meaning of sorry word. There is no difference between you guys and the thieves, both tried to steal money of common man, They do with indirectly with your knowledge and you did with proper documentation. Hopefully you will tae a appropriate action. This is clearly a violation of Indian Consumer Act. I strongly suggest you that you guys take necessary action ASAP basis and call me at this number +91 958 278 6317 by Today EOD and give me clarification of this fraudulent activity; failing which I'll take this matter to CONSUMER FORUM and EVENTUALLY TO CONSUMER COURT.
I had recently tried to book 4 tickets dated 1st june 2018 for Carry On Jatta 2 at TDI Cinepolis Jagat Cinema, Sector 17 Chandigarh showtime 4:30 pm and possible tickets were for the "K row" in "Audi 1". I tried it booking from your Cinepolis app but while making a payment the app showed notification of session expire, however my account was deducted with the amount ( Rs 310) from my YES BANK account number XXXXXXXXXXX8080 without tickets getting booked. I have not received any reversal of the amount and tried to contact you since. I have not received any response too. Please revert back as soon as possible.
I have ordered two personalized mobile cover case for 299 each from yourprint.in on 19/05/2018 with order Id- 220637 and make the full payment as 637 RS. On successful payment , company has committed to deliver by 23 may 2018 but after several attempt of complaint , they have delivered only one product today. There is no customer care number is available to complain. Please resolve the matter and ask the above said company for deliver of my balence order.
I have booked car on zoomcar for my friend's wedding on 27 April, 2018. I picked up a car from parking in residential building. It was very dirty from inside and with empty fuel tank. I could hardly drive 20 kms. There is no person avalibale to verify the details. As I was in very hurry, I did not check all the documents one by one. just checked bunch of it is there. moreover, I need to refuel it immediately which has wasted half an hour. I did not faced any traffic police check. so, we have not touched documents. I used it and return back before given time. After almost 2 days later, I got a call from zoomcar saying that RC is damaged. so, you need to pay the fine. I told I am not agree as I have not touched it. how it can happen. so, they told we will file a complaint and will do re check on the same. On Next day, I got a call and they told RC is missing from the documents. and they did not resolved my issue. they are not listening to me for any reason. I said I will not pay anything as I have not done anything. So, they told me we are sending legal notice and all.
I made purchase of a Nokia 216 mobile costing 2448/- and product delivered to me on 29/05/18 but after opening parcel from inside the mobile was missing and box was containing only earphone, charger and user manuals . I complained it to Amazon and they ignored for any replacement/ refund Please help if you can make my refund back to me.
I cancelled one return trip for 2 adults and 2 children on a telephone call with the customer service.The agent confirmed that I would get back 1000 AED after deducting airline charge and cancellation fees. It has been more than 10 days and I have not received amount back. I called customer service several times and each time they told me that I would get it in 24 hrs. I don't have trust on Clear trip and I would advise others not to do any booking with clear trip.
