Bought Intex Aqua Xtreme mobile in January 2015. The display shows line after 6 months. I gave the mobile in Intex service center. After one month service center says that the mobile won't be repaired as its parts are not available so Intex is replacing the Mobile handset from Intex Aqua Xtreme to Intex Aqua Xtreme 2. I bought mobile with 32GB internal with 1.7 Octa core processor, But in Intex Aqua Xtreme 2 its 16GB internal & 1.4 Octa core processor. And also they are not giving one year warranty on the product. So i want the solution. Please take action against it.
I have recently ported my prepaid number to airtel. I did my first recharge from Airtel contact centre, sector 10, faridabad. After discussing with the customer care executives there, I took a STV to bring down my local call tariff rates. But I have noticed that that the call rates have not come down while making the LOCAL calls. I called 198, my call was connected to one Jatinder Kaur ( senior executive) at around 11.34am on 12th August, 2015. She insisted on the point that it was not the fault & responsibility of the executive sitting in the Airtel office. When I asked her to take a complaint, Ms Jatinder Kaur refused to do so. The reason being that I have already taken the benefit of the STV. I tried explaining to her that as the call rates have not been reduced, no benefit has been availed by me. If the executive conveys that "with this voucher, the LOCAL CALL RATES WOULD COME DOWN TO 0.45 PAISE", please tell me of what am I supposed to understand!!! I received a kotak credit card *********** with a limit of just Rs.15000 and that too cancelled by the bank without any reason and none of the staff able to give me a reason. anyways i just used the card once before it got cancelled. it was of Rs.641 and i didnt receive any update on statement and payment related message. later on August 5th i receive an alert of overdue on account. immediately i made the payment. I had purchase this printer (Serial No CN42HFW28H/FPU Number CM749-64002 R3/Regulatory Model No:SNPRC-1101-01) within the last 9 months and very much within the warranty period. Unfortunately I have misplaced the bill. But the issue is not this. Its has been more than a week ( July 12th 2015) that I have been trying to get a technician to help me retrieve a paper jammed . I have a series of numbers (1800-122-67/011-3030-6363/1800-2000047/***********/***********) to which have contacted several times. It's the same demand. Show us the bill to prove its with the warranty period. And I have been constantly and repeatedly impressed upon them that I want to pay. I am willing to pay. But PLEASE rectify the problem! I still have a non working almost brand new printer. My mistake? Its a home pinter and not in any large Office! I am not looking for a free visit by the Technician either.My business is taking a hit, my work is suffering as I can't scan, copy or fax!
Good day Sir/Madam, I, Sumesh P.M., hereby raise a complaint against ConsumerFed-Liquor Shop, M.G. Road, Thrissur. On 11th August 2015, at 1607 Hours IST, I ordered a bottle of DIA Dry White Wine at the billing counter, which as per the bill costs INR 410.00. I gave a currency of INR 500.00 in the cash counter and cashier returned me the bill(Bill No.:B 317113), but NOT the balance money i.e. INR 90.00. I proceeded to the delivery counter which is very next to the cash counter, thinking that the cashier is preparing the balance amount. After a minute or two I got the wine bottle and I asked the cashier to return my balance money. The cashier refused and said he already paid me the balance. I showed him my valet (which was in my hand), my pocket and my bag and I checked the outside floor of the counter too, just to make sure that the money has not fallen down, but there was nothing and there were no other customers at the counter when all these things happened.Then he told me there could be a HUMAN ERROR on their end and advised me to come back there in the night after they close the accounts or in the morning the next day.I told them that I want to talk to the store-manager.The cashier(the person at the cash counter) said he, Mr. MANOJ himself is the manager of the store. I went to the store today morning and this person told me that there is nothing to return to me as there was no excess money in yesterday's accounts.When I requested the other staff to meet the manager, they said the manager is out of the office and will be back after a few hours(which means Mr.MANOJ bluffed me yesterday). As a conclusion, I got robbed INR 90.00, by Mr.MANOJ, a staff at ConsumerFed-Liquor Shop, Thrissur. I am a non-drinker of alcohol and purchased this bottle for my cousin. I transferred Rs. 1000/- (Rs. 500*2) from my Mobikwik wallet to Bank on 23/07/2015 and total amount Rs. 1040/- (Rs. 520*2) got debited to my account, but not credited to my Bank. The status is showing as "Pending" since 23/07/2015 against transaction ids - TRZODE3SRPYW and RKXBISZWY9NM. I have lodged complaint 4 times through their website and also talked to their customer care executive on ***********, but neither I got any satisfactory reply nor my amount was refunded back.
