My friend had paid me Rs 553 using Google Tez. The amount has been debited from her account and even I have received a message from Tez saying payment is successful. But the amount has not been credited to my account. I have sent feedback to Tez but I have not received any response from their end. kindly help me to resolve this issue. Actually I have ordered Nokia 3310 price 1699rs instead I received duplicate mobile no body is picking my call to tell this by there end I spend some 1800rs bucks and sent back product to there address but they credited money to there wallet itself but not credited to the source bank, again i ordered from the wallet same mobile again I got another brand china mobile finally I broke my patients and left it not tried again this company is fully fraud and cheating people like me please someone take action against this company and save people from this fraud.

After that they said u are chosen for 1st prize. And u have to pay Rs30000 for that and u will get back ur amount back before the contest .After that I paid them Rs11000 and they said to deposit this amount on this account no. *********** and a/c holder name Manoj shukla ifsc CODE-IBKL0001080. Phone no. ***********. After that when I found that this website cheated many people I asked them to refund my money. They said if you are going to give the remaining amount we will procide to register ur prize. And when I asked them to refund my money they said we will cancel your registration for the contest if you are unable to pay the remaining amount .They frequently asked me to complete my payment .Further they mentioned that they can't refund money as per their company rules. And pressureises me to complete the task anyhow and when I said I have no money with me they only says we have registered ur name so collect money from someone and send us. This no. *********** registered under name Sankar is one person among them who calls for the money. They also says that contest is going to happen in ur nearby mall on31stmay2018. For u we are getting problem so pay the bill soon. They also said that we will get2crore sponsorship for that and said u pay Rs30000 and will pay 70000 out of 100000 for showing my purchaseing history with their website. I will be thankful if u slove my problem and take immediate action regarding this. And help me to get my money back from them.

I had ordered food from swiggy at 9 pm by making payment of Rs 350. Order was confirmed and they had even assigned one delivery executive, but after 45 min they called me and said that they can't deliver the food as restaurant is closed. If the restaurant is closed they should have displayed it in their app.. Instead of doing that they have taken order. If I call the customer care one arrogant lady disconnected call without responding properly. After they cancelled the order almost all restaurant were closed I couldn't order food from anywhere. Really very bad service I am not going to use swiggy anymore.
I bought an pest control repellent for INR 480....on may 19th.....m trying to call on the customer care number but not getting any response as i want to send this useless product back and i want my money to be returned...seems it is an fake website...i am uploading the picture of the address of the merchant as it is thr on the courier that i received. The product has 60 days money return warranty. This fake merchant operates under the name Smashing Commerce and cheat people.
I filed an complaint against naaptol on april 23rd ....they took the product back but i have not received my full refund yet....INR 2000 is still pending which is ridiculous as its been a month now.....kindly look into this... Below is the complaint..... I ordered an sewing machine that costed me Rs 2000 which was defective and i had to sent it back...naaptol didnt gave me my money back and asked me to purchase something else...i purchased an air sofa cum bed that had no warranty as per naaptol...it costed me Rs 4000...i was aware of the fact that it has got only 7 days manufacturing guarantee. Sofa also came defective...i called naaptol within 7 days for replacement..no one turned out till date...i was not in city....just came back and my husband informed me no body ever came to pick this sofa up....i order so much from naaptol...never thought they can cheat me like this....i would have never bought anything for double the amount that i was supposed too if i would have known such a thing.All i want is either my money back or atleast to have a product that i can use not this sofa which is already punctured. I bought two 1200mm Luminous Audie ceiling fans online around 2 months back. The hanging rod provided with fans is too short that it is practically impossible to install these fans. I am following up with the company since last 2 months however no resolution is provided. Company's service boys visited my place twice however they were also not able to install the fans. I want company to get these fans installed either by providing long rods or if they can't just refund my money.
