Product lost in transit

Product first shown delivered and signed by me. But actually not delivered. When asked to their customer care, they confirmed product lost in transit. They will refund money but will not resend the product. Product should be resend because it's not a customer fault. It's their problem.


Sent wrong product instead of ordered one

Actually I have ordered Samsung Guru music 2 instead I received mexwell china product no body is picking my call to tell this by there end I spend some 300 bucks and sent back product to there address but they credited money to there wallet itself but not credited to the source bank, again i ordered from the wallet same mobile again I got another brand china mobile finally I broke my patients and left it not tried again this company is fully fraud and cheating people like me please someone take action against this company and save people from this fraud.



Amazon had hold my account unnecessarily.

Hello my name is Akhil and I am amazon customer and when I ordered/placed item after everything and then they told me that your account is in hold for disrupting our terms and conditions and they my left money on wallet got stucked on it so I want them to apologize to me and transfer my money to my bank account.



Ordered lehenga and received cheap defective saree

Hello sir, i ordered one saree in but the product which is delivered to me is totally different than which I ordered and also quality is too poor. Iam trying to find customer service number but couldn't get it. I don't have an idea now whom to contact. Plz, help me the refund process. I am not happy with product. It's a fraud company. Strict action should be taken against them.


Indigo Airlines

Charging cancellation fees

We were planning to visit to Kerala on first week of June. However due to virus outbreak we have been advised not to travel to Kerala. Now the hotel has promptly reimbursesed full amount understanding the situtation. However Indigo, which claims that they provide utmost important to customer safety wants to charge us 50% for cancellation. We feel that this is unfair and honestly Indigo does not care about our safety. If it was due to our change of plans we would happily pay the cancelation fees. But when it's natural calaminity and even hotel management in Kerala themselves are advising not to travel- why does Indigo wants to penalize. If this was other airlines, they would have immediately listened, but not Indigo. I hope someone in Indigo will take such matter seriously.



Defective laptop is not replace

I have purchase Acer predator laptop at Rs 62090 with Order ID: OD*********** On delivery date 15 may it is defective I call them they do not replacement but some how I able to create replacement at 18 may then they say they will send technical person for check up for replacement first they give me 19 may for that, delay 21 and now by 24 but they have not come . PleaSe help they do not want to replace it


Product not yet dispatched and no refund.

It's been 1 Month and 15 days that I ordered a product from and they didn't dispatch the product and they wont pick the call nor respond to any mail. No response from that company.


Not delivered Product

Sir, as per telephonic discussion on his customers care number and other mobile number from his executive Ipaid Rs.10799 as on 25.04.2018 reference number N*********** and second amount Rs. 10799 paid on 30.04.2018 reference number N*********** In the name of Bank Account R B India Marketing (CA ***********) for Samsung refrigerator double door 3 star but they not delivered the said product and after calling his customers care they takes only next time whenever calling.After that they don't received my call till date after calling. So I want to take legal action against him but don't know how? Plz help me. And support me like I recovery my money and teach him a lesson. Fake company

I had ordered Redmi5A on this website. Paid 6299/- using paytm. They did not send any tracking details. After following up after one week, they said order is cancelled due to undeliverable address and we will refund the amount in your bank account in 2 days. Its been more than 3 days, there is no refund. Plus they never reply to mails. There customer care number is some random mobile number which is never picked and if at all picked some rude person picks it up who does not talk politely. I think they are trying to park innocent people's money in a bank account and trying use it for some days. They are not picking call and replying to my mails since the time they have cancelled the order.



Incorrect Shipment ID provided

Order ID - OD*********** Shipment ID(provided) - FMPP*********** I ordered a phone from Flipkart , it got shipped by Ekart Logistics. I was provided a shipment ID to track my shipment. But when i tried to do so through Ekart Logistics' website it showed that the Shipment ID is invalid and when i tried to contact Flipkart Consumer Support they again semd me the same shipment ID.
