Micromax A350 , handset is faulty and in service center from more then a month . No timelines & revert from Company

I purchased Micromax A350 handset, within guranty period it started malfunction. I have given handset at Micromax Authorised service center in Gwalior JOb sheet No - n*********** on 4th Jul 2015 which sent to further servicing at head quarter with Complain no - mmx*********** on 22-Jul-2015. Post that there is no update, called up call center multiple times however not getting any timelines for reparing, every time they tell that next 15 days . I have called up 8 times on call center, even sent mail on micromax ids however no resolution yet

Non cooperative and misleading staff

I am Hardev Singh a resident of Paonta Sahib, Distt. Sirmour, Himachal Pradesh. I had been to GOYAL MOTORS for purchasing Swift Dzire VDI, however the staff over there did not guide us properly. Then I had to purchase the car (Swift Dzire UK 07 20k 6492) from Dehradun which is far away from my residence. After 3 months wiper of the car stopped working properly. I visited GOYAL MOTORS 5-6 times for the same problem, but they could not detect the reason behind the problem. Then we had to go to Vikas Nagar, which is nearby and got the problem detected. Then again I came back to GOYAL MOTORS and told them the cause of the problem, even then the staff did not listen to me and no solution was provided. The staff at GOYAL MOTORS is completely misleading and non cooperative. Please let us know whom to approach for the solution of the problem as the problem still persists. Last time mene doctor se 3 August ko check up karaya aaj10 August ko mere hath me kafi dard or sujan hai. or doctor ne kaha aap daily chale aate hai. Or bola jaao yahan se. Doctor ke khilaf karwahi kare.

Pickup point problems - zero response from customer care for order cancellation

Two items I had ordered reached the pickup location that I had specified. I couldn't pick it up immediately and two later I got the message that I had picked up the order, when i had not. That was resolved with the explanation that someone had mistakenly scanned the items, or something like that. If someone can just scan it and show it as "picked up" what is the point is customers showing ID at the point of delivery? In any case, the pickup location, a medical store, was supposed to be open, according to Amazon, between 9:00 - 5:00 everyday. Which it wasn't because it had shut down. So in order to pick up you had to call a number posted on the closed shutter. But the guy who responded to the number was always somewhere else or not close to the shop and therefore couldn't come there to hand over. After this went on for some days I emailed Amazon, twice, that I wanted to cancel the order. Until now, no response. And on their website these two items are still marked as "Picked Up". Since I have already paid for these items, Amazon.in got my money and the pickup location guy got the products

Leakage in gas cylinder

This is regarding leakage in gas cylinder. My consumer No. is 24059 and distributor"s name is M/s. Chirantani Gas Agency, Bangur Avenue, Kolkata. I tried to call all possible nos. provided in the Company's website but nobody is there to response. Distributor was contacted several times to replace my leakage cylinder, but nobody was attended.The cylinder which is leaking is kept in the open barranda. Is there anybody to help me? M. Insurance fraud

Hello Sir, My name is Sandeep kumar and I want to fille a complaint on priority basis regarding a policy fraud committed through a bogus cheque. The complainer had bought a vehicle from the Dealer called Bhupendar who took the money from Sandeep kumar of the sum 17500 rupees on behalf of Manoj & Pardeep(representing the policy company "Royal Sundaram") and filed a bogus cheque of the amount 17441. Now when the complainer has claimed for the policy, Royal Sundaram have notified that the policy has not been successfully issued as the cheque provided to them had bounced due to insufficient funds in the account.Now the vehicle is at Pasco, Gurgaon awaiting the policy amount to be claimed and received. The summary of the issue being Bhupendar who was at that time representing Apara auto Rewari has conned Sandeep kumar by taking the amount for the policy and filing a bogus cheque in the paperwork.
