Hi team, i purchased laptop on 19th july 2015, on the same day i found that left click was not working and engineer from your side told that motherboard is faulty . now my question is, if you buy new car, and you get to know that it is not efficient and engineer request you for engine re hauling, would you allow engineer to open cars engine on the 1st day??? same is the case here, i would request you to replace the product or give the money back and take your laptop back. regards vikas ***********
I'm using this connection from last 1 year and from the very first day i am complaining for internet speed but they are not ready to listen anything and every time they gave same excuses that it will get fixed soon but till yoday its not fixed. If we talk about their customer service it is ridiculous as none have sense to talk with customers. I never suggest anyone to keep mts services. Its really bad

Hi, Yesterday (19th Jul'15), i went to Pantaloons shop in Phoenix mall near velachery Chennai with my family. We bought clothes for 5035 as per Pantalools calculation(including discounted rate), but actually it cost 4635 including all vat. I am expecting a refund for the mismatched amount.
I ordered for a peach color anarkali, but i got shipment of another color & dress and paid 1150 / - after that i returned back that product by doing courier address that mirraw provided but still amount not refunded from them. So many times contacted to their customer care, even though no answer. So please help us regarding this.
1. On 15 May I was booking ticket fm guwahati to delhi and back. While processing the payment, payment was declined. On same day in the evening i have booked a ticket from delhi to guwahati only for 09 aug 15 vide pnr GD7V7H and recd a confirmation message for the same. Print out of ticket is attached. On enquiring fm c/care i came to know that my ticket is cancelled and amt adjusted to flt from guwahati to delhi for 05 jul 15 which i have not booked. I'm an employee of GLOBALSTEP -Game testing services, pune, viman nagar. 1. From last one year i and my colleague were asking them (HR AND CEO) about hidden salary deductions but they are not giving any exact answer. 2. They are not even showing our process in their website. 3. In our pay slip where department name is shown as "S.A football event coding" is also changed from this month to "BPO football event coding". - basically we are doing football event coding.. which is a sub JOB of Sports Analyst, and for the reason we are doing job here but now dramatically they changed our dept. to BPO. Am i a customer care executive ?? after asking this question to CEO, he told us to check with HR, and when we asked to HR dept. they told us to check with CEO and they are treating us like a jobless beggars, 4. HR team is full of girls, so we treat them with respect but they are treating us like we are kind a jerk or clown or something. I really felt so bad after attending HR dept. they are newly appointed HR's .. and they don't even know how to behave with employees. totally unethical.
