Not getting newspaper, against coupons

I had applied for annual subscription. After a great toil and follow ups for 2 months, got coupons but now no body is delivering newspaper. As per coupons the delivery was scheduled from July 1, 2015. Now I am following up again and again, but I am not getting newspaper. kindly contact me on my phone number: ***********

Cheating by Club Mahindra to its members

Step motherly treatment meted out to club mahindra members my husband's member no is 315253 ..We had waitlisted our request and also informed hotel poovar of our request but on arrival we were told that 1 br and studios get booked within half hour of opening of booking for the resort rooms and there are no cancellations thereafter. Indeed this is faster than even summer train bookings. We are dining at the restaurant here and we find it mostly empty even during peak hours and the resort itself has a deserted look. We have visited many club mahindra resorts at various times and seen the presence of crowds. Many of the studio rooms look deserted. Even the staff here mention that it is a lean period.The front desk gentlemen were only interested in customers who had come through different travels and not in club mahindra members-- we had been dumped by poovar resort management on second floor hus against our request for studio though we are senior citizens and i have a bandaged hand due to an accident. I have been a member of club mahindra redseason for more than 9 years. It is a 25 years holiday membership.For becoming a member one needs to pay the membership fee and annual maintainance fee -- above rs.10000.. At the time of joining we were given a rosy picture of holidays that could be availed with ease across large number of resorts.How ever our experience over the years have been as under--1)we vhardly ever get the desired studio rooms which we are entitled, unless we book three or four months earlier that too only on weekdays and not on weekends. 2)lot of compromises have to be made regarding the place of visit and time of visit.Holidays can be planned not on your convenience but on the convenience of club m ahindra. 3]at the time of joining we were given to understand that club mahindra resorts are meant only for members. However over a period of time we find more nonmembers in the resorts than members..---since the rooms are available through travel desk sights like trip advisor, make my trip etc.A cash customer is more valuable than a member who has already made an upfront payment. 4)when we were offered red studio we were specifically told that studio apartment come with a kitchenette, where we could prepare our own food using microwave oven, cutlery etc.However most of the resorts now do not have kitchenette with studio rooms. 5)with vast promotional drives to enrol members the ratio of members to rooms available have gone up., resulting in less inventory for more members .This has resulted in members not getting desired rooms at desired locations and time Above points indicate that the time sharing model is an imperfect one, currently heavily loaded against the members. There is no guarantee for the promises made while receiving the full upfront payment.There is no clause for opting out of this membership by refund of remaining value . In view of this it is necessary to bring in regulations by the government., so that malpractices can be prevented and membership to inventory maintained and promised services are rendered.

Sir, I submitted my Panasonic Smart Mobile to Gorakhpur Service due to display problem on 05 Jun vide job sheet no KJASPUP312615PI3211 and EMI NO***********, but after completion of 45 days there are no any responce from the company representative. As we know that mobile in these days act as the essential requirement and due to non availibility of mobile i am facing lot of problem.

Late registration no response from Yamaha.

Retail date: 1 july 2015. more than three weeks passed, still no sign of registration. The showroom people are showing negligence. Sent complaint to (email hidden), No response from there too. Since the traffic police are strict about riding a unregistered motorcycle, I am not unable to use my bike. At time I ask myself why I bought the bike in the firstplace if I'm unable to use it. Worst experiance with yamaha.



Worst Tata Sky Service.Never go for it

Hi there, I am the current Tata Sky Subscriber with ID ***********, Shivaji Nagar Pune, as I mentioned in my previous complaint : My set-top box restart randomly.I am facing this problem since last 5 months.months. Tata Sky technicians visit every time, do some trial and error, charged me, but the problem didn’t resolve. They cheated me with the following charges: 1)First service = 170.00 (Said signal gain is poor, I modified it, But DIDN’t solve the issue) 2)Change my Original Set-top Box = 350.00 (Said set-top box is the problem, But DIDN’t solve the issue) 3)Another Visit = 170.00 (Said software up gradation is the issue, But DIDN’t solve the issue) 4)Change the card of New Set-top Box = 300.00 (Said card change will solve the problem, But DIDN’t solve the issue) 5)Irregular service since last 5 months (365*5) = 1825.00 (Could not watch a single episode of any program without interruption) 6)Customer care Calling charges = 200.00 TOTAL = 3015.00 (Unlimited suffering ) I want to end up with their service but before that I want to get my money back. IMPS timed out for transaction 522208313176

I had transferred money today morning using IMPS option through SBI. AS the name itself says Immediate Payment Service. IT was an emergency transfer. After the deduction happened in the savings account, it says IMPS transaction timed out @8.30 am. I reached the home branch guys for resolving this and they say it will take 2-3 working days to get back your money refund to the account from which transfer happened. Does this make sense? IF the transfer could not happen through IMPS, the amount should be credited back to the owner. How the bank keep our money for 2-3 days? After all the transaction was done for attending the emergency for funds. But the beneficiary is the bank and not the transferer or the transferee. Is this not cheating the public and trading with the public money for free? Who is responsible for this system? The individual banks or the RBI? Why should the account holder become the scape goat? IS this not a serious issue to be attended and resolved on priority? IF the transaction fails, the amount should be credited back immediately and definitely after few DAYS!!! This failure costed me nearly 1000 bugs. Who would compensate this to me? The ECS from HDFC Bank bounced just because of this blunder by the SBI Bank. I and many people like me need an answer, a solution to such recurring situation. I hope there is some responsible person to answer this.
