Worst Customer Service and over charging with zero complaint responses

Hello I sent below mail to them and it's been 5 days with no response. Account adjustments request was made 45 days back and no revert or action taken yet on it. Today their services have stopped working at all and I have finally decided to switch over to another ISP. ************ I have account with you user I'd AMARPALICM402 I have been using your services from past many months now. Last in May you migrated the server that caused my connection down for about a week. I talked to customer care in first week June, they said after my next cycle that started on 16th June these adjustments will surely be done and I should go ahead and renew my account. Taking your commitment into consideration I called up again last week to ask for adjustment and know my new renewal date. I also requested a call back cos the agent told me that my date was still the same. Then again I called few days back and same commitment was done that it will surely be adjusted by concerned team. Today again I started getting problem of seeing captive portal page that I reported today at 8mm and again asked if the extension to renewal date was done. It's been 4 hours now and today being the old non adjusted date my connection will expire and I will no longer be able to use your services. I am very surprised to see that in the name of customer care, customer is not at all taken care of. Without further request or asking for call back I want to confirm you that if in next 24 hours my issue does not get resolved I will stop asking for your services and switch to another ISP. I WILL KEEP THIS MAIL AS A PROOF AND POST ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA ABOUT KIND OF SERVICES BEING GIVEN BY DEN BOOMBAND. So that no one else would suffer as I did. Hope there must be a few professionals in your company who understand the value of customer and know how important customer service is. Last written request / information. Will wait for a confirmed resolution for next 24 hours and the switch over.

Moisture issue on my windscreen of new Octavia

Dear Manager Sales I have bought new Skoda Octavia on5th Aug'15 and facing the issue of moisture in my front windscreen during rain and even after applying the wiper and keeping the A/C on at 24 degree temperature, moisture is not removing from the windscreen for 5 to minutes and some time even longer which is really making it difficult to drive the car specially in heavy traffic condition. I have opted for Octavia for its high end quality but now Iam very much disappointed as your service engineer mentioned to me that this issue will remain in all car. I have been driving Toyotta Altis for last ten years but never faced this problem and this time I have switched to Skoda car and I am not satisfied. I am not willing to drive your car with risk. I request you to either solve my problem or else refund my money or change theCar. Looking forward to get early solution to my issue My vehicle number isHR99UW1931



Extra charge

I was costumer of reliance due to network n call drop problem ported my no in idea n asked the for best plan they offered 1599 plan after activation of my sim started facing problem of call drop n low network connection I complained so many time they told they will this but it took more than 20 days. They made bill of 1654 I asked for some discount because I could not use call facility they told that when I will complete 3 month then we will give discount. I have paid but I want better solution



WiFi problem in lenovo a7000

Hello, I am using lenovo a7000 mobile. It causing WiFi and hotspot problems it is never connecting to any WiFi network once it is disconnected. It was occurred from the day when I updated it to s_142 row. How can I overcome this problem please give me a reply

Theft in running train 14236 barely bsb exp.

I was travelling by the train on 18th July'2015 by 14236 Barely BSB Exp. from Lucknow to Varanasi in 3AC Coach - ABE Berth No- 15 And all the doors were locked of AC compartment, I went to toilet at 5:00 am on 19th July'2015 and my Laptop bag & other luggage was on my berth train was running very fast at that time, after 4-5 minutes I returned and saw that one door is open and my Laptop bag is missing. At that time train reached at Malipur Railway station.. And make a complain with TTE & did FIR at GRP Thana at Railway station Varanasi In my Laptop Bag items were - 1. Dell Vostro 2420 Laptop with Charger 2. One Reliance Net connect & One Airtel Net Connect 3. Samsung A5 mobile charger 4. Company Dairy 5. Add not released and no proof of releasing the add

My Add ID : 1192304, Add was supposed to be published on 5th of august in Times - Bangalore edition but it was not published. Raised complaints end no of time but only one response that add is published and they cannot do anything on it. When asked for proof and page no of add, no one is reverting and the issue is not solved.I have been regularly putting add from this website but this time they haven't published it and they r not reverting on the same.


Order product not recieved still.

I have order the product but still i have not recieved the product and no information about the product. I have called the customer support serval times and not giving proper details of product please me to get product soon. Not received money of cheque

Sir, i have honour to request that i am having account *********** with sbi branch sec-31 chandigarh. I deposited one cheque (no. 0007831 lic branch 26a auriya (up) in sbi branch tirwa dist. Kannauj (up) on 30 june 15.But till today i did not received money. Please takeup the issue as early as possible.



Poor response and No payment receipt and admission formalities.

My name is Shammi Sablok and I have taken admission to Karnataka State Open University through the study center Universal Traning center Pvt LTD Pune (As per the Receipt received for first payment) with a view to enroll for EMBA. My admission was in distant learning EMBA course. I made all the payment required during admission including all semester fee. I haven't received the receipt for final payment either my accounts are active and no response on Helpline and Executive of Customer support. Since, i have enrolled for online MBA and resides in MOhali so, it is really difficult for me to go to the university physically or nearest branch which is in Ludhiana. All the Given helpline no is continuously busy and struggling to get any update or solution. But I have not received the admission completion confirmation although i was made ensure that you will get a call from the representative. Regarding this matter I tried to communicate with Mrs Fatima (KSOU) and Jasdeep (Universal Traning) to their official ID and all office numbers but no response as usual. My only concern is as my all accounts are inactive and there is no response from helpline and online also. If i am not able to get through with the 01st semester examination duration and coz of KSOU poor response if I am not able to pursue with my semester in August i would be forced to cancel my admission and refund my Money back.
