Bad Product (Non Working Mi Note 5 Pro 6GB/64GB)

I am Mr Anil Rawat, I purchased MI Note 5Pro Mobile handset through Flipkart and delivery was done on dated 8/04/2018 vide OD NO.*********** after opening the set the product was not in working properly and after request the Flipkart on dated 8/04/2018, 10/04/2018 and 21/04/2018. He despite of sorting out my matter either for refund of an amount of Rs 16,999/- or replace the defaulted Non Working phone, a drama by the Company with the help of Delivery Boy from Ekart, i.e. (I had been asked for to provide the phone in working condition for replacement otherwise it will not be returned whereas company is much aware about the phone’s condition which is non-working as well as this is the reason to return the phone for replacement as also informed by the engineer deputed for the purpose. I am under lot of mental and emotional stress. ***********

Ordered Product not delivered

I have ordered Huggies diapers on flipkart with order number OD*********** and it was a paylater scheme. It was scheduled to be delivered through some courier agency. The agent never called me as I was out of station. They came to nearest bus stop instead of mentioned address.. The courier people do not have any proof as to who picked the package... they prompted me to clear the bill..... I have interacted multiple times with Flipkart team who sit at Indore to atleast help me track the package and then I will clear the due... They are a bunch of irresponsible idiots who just know to pass the call around. Each time, a different agent calls and towards the end.. they have dared to file a legal suit... Now today on 23rd april 2018 have cleared the dues... ORDER DETAILS Order ID : OD***********(1 item) Order Date :Mon, Jan 1st '18 10:27 AM Total Amount : ?398through Pay Later This does not mean that the fight ends here guys... I am filing a suit against flipkart. All Iasked was to help trace the pacakge and clearly informed that I will clear the dues once they let me know who collected the package.. No customer service if you ask me... How can you not understand that a courier person cannot handover the package in bus stop instead of the mentioned delivery address.. I will get back with a lawsuit.. Please understand guys that it is not only you people who can keep sending sms messages threatening a law suit. Now it is the customers turn,,,,, It is not that difficult to track down who runs flipkart and from where and what address does the CEO's, MD's and directors reside and send a lawsuit... if you are so interested for your dues and not concerened about my issue.. then lets meet in court.. Defective product

I ordered an sewing machine that costed me Rs 2000 which was defective and i had to sent it back...naaptol didnt gave me my money back and asked me to purchase something else...i purchased an air sofa cum bed that had no warranty as per naaptol...it costed me Rs 4000...i was aware of the fact that it has got only 7 days manufacturing guarantee. Sofa also came defective...i called naaptol within 7 days for replacement..no one turned out till date...i was not in city....just came back and my husband informed me no body ever came to pick this sofa up....i order so much from naaptol...never thought they can cheat me like this....i would have never bought anything for double the amount that i was supposed too if i would have known such a thing.All i want is either my money back or atleast to have a product that i can use not this sofa which is already punctured. The order is in my husbands name that is Manas Dass and the Complaint num is 31286277

Not installing DTH connection

I have booked reliance big tv connection on 07.03.2018 and paid Rs 499 i got SMS that connection will be installed with in 30 to 45 days sofar no connection installed. Please cancel my booking and refund my booking amount of rs 499 as you have failed to give me connection within the stipulated time. my Booking ID is 14510431.

Got Salt Packet from Amazon instead of Mobile

I have ordered a mobile phone from the amazon online shopping and asked them to deliver the product on priority however they delivered the parcel on 18 April after 11 days of my order and have sent me a salt packet instead of a mobile I keep writing to them and seller submitted all the proof still their is no response from his end. it is so shameful that they are doing all fraudulent activity i have spent almost 18 K and they are sending me the salt packet and plz take a serious action and do the needful

No response from team when asked to initiate the return of a product

I have ordered a churidhar material form this site on March 22,2018 (ORDER #LB22698) with cash on delivery option.I ordered a turquoise green material which costs more than 2000 and the the whole amount is given to the delivery team once the package is delivered.But when I opened the package ,found a entirely different material and color.So as mentioned in their order confirmation mail,i have sent a mail to them to initiate the refund.Despite the multiple reminders,i am not getting any response from them .

Useless product Recived

I have placed an order on naaptol during last mont, order No 46051395 , for 2000 rupees. And the product which i recived is totally useless and i returned the item. At the time of placing the order they told me that you have free returns if you are not satisfied with the product. But after returning the item the customer care give me abusing reply and said no refund will be done. I have also raised a complaint in consumer court.
