Through Instagram ads I have ordered crocs but it’s a scam I have reported in Paytm as a fraud and what should I do for return my money

Actually I got scammed through Instagram ads n I have ordered 4 pairs of crocs and paid money through online and it not showing as I paid

I ordered a trackpants of two @899rs. The delivery mode was cash on delivery.i paid them Rs.900 .But I got two shirts of very poor quality. So please return my order and and refund my money as soon as possible. My Order #37741. The delivery partner is E-kart. Order ID : #ST21AUG9323 AWB No. : SRBC*********** . Kindly resolve my issue and refund my money. As soon as possible.

I have odered a pair of shoe from them and they have delivered the shoes complete different from what i have odered and now not responding to my email I want them to refund my money The deliverd shoes doesnot cost even 200 rs so please made them liable for fraud i would be thankful

They are a fraud website and they have delivered the wrong the shoes from what i have odered . They are not responding to my return mail . Kindly made them liable for return of the shoes and refund my money with compensation for mental stress

I have odered shoes which cost 2000 and i have received a shoes which is of 200-300 and the shoes is not same they are not accepting return of it . I want them to return my money and take their shoes not only this

Ordered product on 29th June 2023. They have not shipped the product and keep changing the delivery date.
