On buying this useless datacard these guys said that I will get speed upto 14mbps (fooled me). I cancelled my Airtel connection and grt this one (the worst thing I was made in my life). The fact is, it never crosses the speed of 200kbps, what a terrible mistake I was made. This month on 7th July 2015 I was shocked seeing an sms saying that I have consumed 90% of my data which was never been used. The thing is, my account got reset just 2 days before that day, in 2 days my 5Gb data waas gone. I made a complaint regarding this and got reply today(21.07.2015) stating that they were true that I have used the said data as per their log. I requested them the detailed proof of how my data had been used but they refused and asked me to send a mail to concern department. I dont want to waste my time and decided to cancel my subscription and contacted the customer care. I wasted almost an hour waiting to speak to the termination department, finally they said they cant reach them and asked me to visit nearest outlet. I realised now why the termination dept was busy (Definitely tons of people contacting them for termination). So guys please dont go for this useless network

I have been using the prepaid number for almost 3-4 years, all my important links like bank were on the number and to not go through the hassle of updating the number i kept using the vodafone number even after changing circle and was reachrging it and paying roaming charges, although i did not use it for too much calling. these guys after 1 and half year of roaming decided to block it without informing. the customer care has no idea why it is blocked and asked me to visit the store(as if they will have any info), strangely cs also states it will not get reactivated. amazing they don't put enough brains to atleast call the customer and find out if they want to keep the number or not or atleast inform the customer on change of circle rule which can be availed now. they could have kept a loyal customer with them but they chose otherwise. This happened on June 12, Friday, at the Electronic city, Bangalore.I hired a call driver from TOP4 CALL DRIVERS of Bangalore [who boast of employing a very large number of call drivers] for driving my son's car [Hyundai Eon] to go to a relative's house for attending a function. Car booking was taken by Mr.Hari with booking no 9 for the day 12th June and driver visit time at 06.45 am. After attending the function, when the driver was taking out the car from the basement parking, he hit the car against a pillar, causing a big dent on the dicky door and the rear bumper also got broken.The driver apologised saying that he was feeling sleepy and did not see the pillar. The matter was reported to the TOP4 office to Mr Hari, who took the booking. Mr Hari replied that he would discuss with the manager and revert. the driver then reached our house and left us. he again apologised and said that as he was not well, he reported to the office and did not want to do duty, but the office insisted he should go. We left the poor man go. The damages were repaired at Hyundai service center at Mahadevpura. The complete dicky door and the rear bumper were replaced with new spares. As the car was insured, I had to shell out only rs 5000/, the rest absorbed by insurance. Thereafter, I again tried to contact the TOP4 office, but could not get the manager at all. As the agency is attached to FASTTRACK, with its head office at CHENNAI. I sent a detailed e mail to top4 with a copy to fasttrack, customer service, but no response till date. I have clearly mentioned in my mail that I want only a small share of the repair cost, a token cost, to be compensated by Fasttrack. I have mentioned that the compensation could be in the form of other incentives in lieu of cash e.g discounted or free rides Till date, no reply from Fasttrack. Not even a regret letter from the company. I strongly feel that the agency should come forward to take responsibility of the damages caused by their staff and do the needful. Sir, I had purchase a SONY LCD TV 24 inch from ePlanet, Iritty, Kannur District, Kerala on 18/08/2012. Yesterday onward the screen is having some problems. so many vertical lines appear on the screen, so we can not see any picture in the TV.The model number of my TV is 24PFL5237/V7. Please do the necessary proceedings so that i will be able to watch the programmes in the SONY TV without disturbances. I selected the SONY brand because i had a faith in SONY product.
Whomsoever It May Concern. Kindly treat this as last intimation for the lapse in services promised by Tikona as per the monthly plan aggreement. To further elaborate the issue please be informed that as per the bill plan i should be getting 4mbps speed however its been more than 40 days that i have not even seen speed of 2mbps, this is treated as breach of the agreement as per the TRAI regulations As an effort to intimate/give opportunity to fix the problem i tried below options which never worked out: 1. Calling up customer service on toll free number/ premium number -whenever i tried i always found it busy and hold beyond 20minutes. 2. Chat option as prompted by IVR i even tried chat option and left message however again no body responded. 3. I raised the concern to the executives who call for making the payment (the last person that i spoke with was pradeep) whos promised that i will soon get a call back from the higher authorities. Moreover I have always experienced poor service whenever required let it be the recent matter of address updation or any other issue, i also believe that Appellate authorities also are least bothered to improve on the service platform or to retain the customers as i tried sending emails to j.nair and as usual there was no revert. As a proof i have attached the screen capture for recent speed test run where in you can clearly see that even it had hard time to give results. Also you may send your executive anytime to collect the device provided by tikona however would not make any payment to the dues showing as pending because i have not received the optimal services. Let me first start by congratulating you on the worst customer service in the country! My CEF No. is TBLR 6984311, I have been in contact with your executive Norman -*********** for the past one week for a simple broadband connection. Your executives didnt even ask me for my address proof to begin with, when i follow up with your team i am informed that the system update for my CEF number is incorrect address. Now even though the address is correct, the incompetency of your team wherein they didnt even ask us for an address proof in the first place has led us the customer in this frustrating situation. Now in such a case wherein your team does not call back, pick up our calls or update us about the status where is the customer getting any kind of service? Now by my knowledge airtel has taken my money and the whole company seems like a fraud ponzi scheme. I was told by your customer executive to mail at this ID my address proof after which it will take 8 hours for a revert with an action. Its been 3 days since that and all i have received are flirty whatsapp messages from your executives! Now i dont want a diplomatically correct apology mail from your end. I need an action! Please be rest assured that no good word of mouth promotion shall ever happend from our end towards your company. I will make sure of putting social media posts on how pathetic ur services are.
