I did the transaction of Rs 6254/- to Gadzetspro through Amazon scan and pay option, as i had the laptop service from Gadzetspro on 17/07/2019. But the amount is not credited to the merchant( Gadzetspro), so he denied to give my laptop. so i waited 2 days and again i paid the amount to Gadzetspro by hand. So I have raised a complaint with Amazon for the transaction issue and they are like the transaction is successful from their end and the merchant needs to contact Amazon seller support team not the customer (Me). so i requested the merchant to contact amazon, he contacted them but he is saying they need more time for resolution. I don't know whether the merchant is trying to cheat me or the amazon is doing this. since 1 month I have been contacting the merchant and the amazon team. but i didnt get my amount. please sir help me in this, its been 1 month that the transaction is happened.
