I have purchased an headphone in amazon.in (Ordered on 30 October 2022. Order no# 408-1933516-3665100). when i opened the package it was a wrong product(Recieved product : nivea body loation).so Immediately made return request and the product was collected by the agent and yet the i didnt get the refund. I complainted on amazon help and there are giving a statement as the product i sent was not matching the delivery code.
