Refund request

In May I have ordered 4 items from amazon. Then I have received a message after 2 days that the product is delivered. I have contacted customer care for that and they mentioned that mobile number was wrong and we will update the details and we will dispatch the product again. Then I think OK no issue I have waited again for 2 days and same message its delivered but I have received nothing. Again I have contacted Cc for that and mention that its delivered and same for all four products. I was shocked and angry how they can do this then I commented on Facebook page of amazon about this and they removed my post because I have mentioned order number in that and according to their company law I have made a terrible mistake then I was contacted by amazon social media escalation team and they said no issue sir they will refund my money it will take 7 working days. Its been a month now still no response no update. The I email on one email address of Jeff CEO OF THE Company and after waiting for 3 days someone called me on behalf of CEO that they have got it checked by transportation team and I have asked the deliver agent to deliver it to different address when I asked about address they mention that they do not have it nor the name or any details and refused to give me any refund and they have send me a email regarding that.
