I have ordered moto g4 plus mobile on Amazon during festive offer on 27 October 2016 and it arriving date was 5th Nov. Till now they have not dispatched the product. Whenever I call to customer service they tells either cancel your order or wait apart from this we can't do any thing. I asked them to give some specified time till that I have to wait they are telling we can't specify date. There was rs.2000 cashback on that offer that's why I ordered my mobile from Amazon. Now if I'll cancel my order then it'll be my loss because I missed Flipkart and Snapdeal festive offer where as from last 10 days they have my money. I asked customer service representative what is your seller saying, they are saying seller is not responding. So we can't do any thing on that. I asked them to change seller then they are telling no, it can't be. Now I'm feeling cheated, I'm not getting what should I do apart from canceling my order because if I cancel my order then also it is my loss and I don't want to cancel my order but they are telling me to cancel order. I'm ready to cancel order but what about my Rs. 2000 cashback, what about those offers which I missed on other eCommerce site. What about interest of my Rs.15000 which they have taken from last 10 days. Is there any legal action can be taken for this type of company fault. Please help me on this issue. Thank you
