Cashback not credited as promised on Purchasing mobile phone

I have ordered a Xiomi Redmi Note 3 from amazon on 25th October,2016. At that time there was offer for 15% cashback on SBI debit cards. I have ordered the phone from my SBI debit card. I was assured that i will be receiving the cashback amount Rs 1750 by 31st January,2017. But as of now i have not received any cashback amount in my account. I have called amazon multiple times regarding the issue, but representative told me to contact my bank for the same. I have dropped at least 10 mails and on every mail i got assured by amazon representative that i will be getting it within 3-7 days. But after waiting so many days no casback amound get credited. And this process of dropping mails go on. So when i contacted my bank first time, the told me there was no offer for SBI on 25th October,2016 for 15% cashback at amazon. But i again called the bank just to be sure about it and again the bank representative told be that they need a unique transaction number from amazon to look into the issue. Only amazon can help in that issue. I warn amazon to look into my matter otherwise i have to go one level up complaining in written with consumer forum regarding the issue.
