Hi, I had ordered one kids bike on 14th Feb 2018. I received this item but the seller sent me the wrong item. I had ordered hand race kids bike but the item I received is foot race bike (I have also prepared a video for the proof that this is a foot race bike). I was informed that the seller will not arrange this pick up as the product was from the third party seller (Irrespective of the fact that it was seller’s mistake). After having several rounds of discussion, I decided to ship this item back to the seller. Also, Amazon confirmed that the courier cost will be reimbursed. However, important to note that no courier company is ready to accept this item/ship this item as the product contains lithium battery. This is against their company policy and lithium battery comes under the list of prohibited items. I tried with several courier service provider and even Indian Postal Service. On 16th March 2018 (2.15 pm), Amazon representative confirmed that this seller will have to arrange the pick-up in this case (No matter he is a third party seller) and will resolve this issue within 48 hours. However, there is no development on this issue so far. My money is stuck with the seller and extremely disappointed with Amazon service. I have been calling Amazon several times but they are least bothered about solving this issue and every time I am getting false assurance from Amazon as it’s been now more than 1 month. Amazon / Seller is not refunding my 11,000 rs / not replacing faulty product. In addition, the seller is sending me abusive / extremely unprofessional emails and Amazon is unable to stop this.
