On 19th April, 2016, I made a transaction at www.e-bay.in for Nikon L-840 camera. the payment gateway used was pay-tm wallet. The sum of Rs. 12,249 was deducted from my pay-tm wallet on 19th April, 2016 and it displayed that the payment has been successful. however, the E-bay website, showed that the transaction has been failed. As a result of which I registered a telephonic complaint with e-bay at that very moment. I made a written complain to pay-tm as well and they reverted stating that the payment has been cleared from their gateway and that I need to contact the e-bay service providers. I wrote a mail to them as well, but there has been no respond from their end. I have been calling them from past 5 days, but each time they gave me a time limit of 72 hours or 42 hours. As you can already see that 72 hours has passed and I haven't received any response from there end yet. I have a doubt that they may not be willing to refund the said amount, since they have been dilly -dallying the matter on regular basis. My Service request No. as given by E-BAY after several calls and complaints is- 1-***********. I request you to kindly look into the matter and take strict action against their unprofessional and malafide behaviour.
