I purchased the Baby Adult 4 in digital thermometer with paisa pay i.d. *********** with transaction date of 15/09/15 and received on 21/09/15. As the item was not as described in the manual I raised a guarantee claim on 26/09/15. After so many calls by me and when they were required to close the guarantee claim within 20 days, they have called me on 14/10/15 and said that my claim has been accepted and I will get the refund within 8 day, hence my claim is treated as closed. But even after so many calls by me to their customer service there is no resolution to the issue, their standard reply every time, that my issue will be resolved within 48 hours. When further probed they express their inability to resolve the issue, stating that they are not empovered to do so. Even after more than 2 months of my raising the claim i.e. on 26/09/15, I have not received the refund even though the refund has been approved on 14/10/15. Such is the Ebay's service and their working.
