Refund of cancellation

I ordered a suit on 23 march 2018 from flipkart and requested a return as the quality was very bad. Initially they offered a pick up and later asked me to send it myself. I manually returned it via India post. After sending the parcel i got a mail that I have to send the parcel to warehouse and i immediately mailed them that i sent it to the seller. I called flipkart and explained the whole incident, they assured me that they will conatct the seller and refund the money. I submitted the slip having tracking id, this is the only proof of delivery provided by india post. I have called and mailed fliplart a number of times, they are not refunding my money and giving excuses that they cant ask seller directly and I need to produce another proof. I inquired in post office as well, they are saying that racking number is enough to confirm the delivery of courier. I want the refund of my money. Tracking id CE025124584IN
