Bad Product (Non Working Mi Note 5 Pro 6GB/64GB)

I am Mr Anil Rawat, I purchased MI Note 5Pro Mobile handset through Flipkart and delivery was done on dated 8/04/2018 vide OD NO.211985151447984000 after opening the set the product was not in working properly and after request the Flipkart on dated 8/04/2018, 10/04/2018 and 21/04/2018. He despite of sorting out my matter either for refund of an amount of Rs 16,999/- or replace the defaulted Non Working phone, a drama by the Company with the help of Delivery Boy from Ekart, i.e. (I had been asked for to provide the phone in working condition for replacement otherwise it will not be returned whereas company is much aware about the phone’s condition which is non-working as well as this is the reason to return the phone for replacement as also informed by the engineer deputed for the purpose. I am under lot of mental and emotional stress. 9868406188
