False Assurance from Customer Care made my Kid suffer from sleep

Hello Team, I had ordered the Cradle for my niece on 17th Sep 2016. The scheduled delivery is 19th Sep 2016. The product is not delivered by then. I called up customer care and they assured me the next delivery by 24th Sep 2016, 8.30AM. I didn't received the product even after 24th Sep. I spoke to customer care again on 25th Sep 2016. They confirmed me the delivery by EOD 25th Sep 2016. But in the email they sent me the assurance date as 28th Sep 2016. Finally yesterday (26th Sep 2016), they called me and said, As they could not deliver the product please cancel the order and create new one. What .. !! My kid got vaccinated on 24th, and I ordered the cradle on 17th and still waiting to get it and now the So called India's leading E-commerce Website ask me to cancel the order and create a new one ? My kid could not sleep with the pain from vaccination and I was waiting for more than a week listening to their agents and their final call is to cancel the order? I would like to take this to consumer complaint. Please help
