The order ID is OD*********** and the product ordered was Hook Keyboard case for samsung Galaxy Tab 2. The product sent was not as dispalyed on the site (its picture). I returned the product and wrote to customer care. Same product was resent. Thereafter i wrote the complaint 5 time called n number of times but it fell on deaf ears, I also attached a photo of the wrong product. Each time i got a standard reply that we are sorry, product would be changed, and each time th e wrong product was delivered. I also escalated the matter but to no avail. I dont think, anyone looks into the matter, or reason. Finally, after so much of buggery they told me to take the refund back, without feeling sorry. See the marketing , they say "filpkart matlab bilkul pakka". Its cheating , they are indulging into, delivering product without verifying from their sellers and once the wrong product is delivered a long chain of returns and resending starts. I have never faced such harassment from any site/ service. I dont know , the customer care is not bothered to escalate my problem and insisting that i take the refund, after 5 returns and n number of calls. Beware of false marketing. But nonetheless, i am going to ensure that such things do not happen by representing my case at appropriate consumer forum.
