Recharge Related

Dear Sir, I am writing this mail due to breach of trust by PayZapp and BSNL. I was wish to recharge for a 3 Month internet pack, so from PayZapp , I selected Special/Combo plan of Rs 485 (Screenshot attached for proof) . I made a Recharge on my BSNL Number *********** Vide transaction number ***********, amount has been deducted from my credit card whose message ,I got on my number ***********. As I am using this number(***********)for internet only in Modem, there is no possibility to View the conformation of Recharge. I turned on the Moderm and Found Internet is working well,so I thought Recharge has been sucessful.After some time Internet get stopped. I called BSNL customer enquiring the same. They Answered, “You have made a Recharge of Rs 485 TOPUP not Rs 485 Combo/Special Plan ,so you have got Rs 408 Balance instead of 3.5GB/Day and you have ran Internet on you main balance, so now you account balance has drooped to ZERO”. I would like to ask certain things from PayZapp: 1. If I had selected Special/combo RS 485 plan fro your APP(Screenshot attached),how TopUP of Rs 485 has been activated? 2. Who will take responsibility For my Rs 485. BSNL is saying that they are not responsible for any RECHARGES made through other than BSNL App like PayZapp etc. 3. Is it not like cheating a Customer?? 4. Your Customer Care has Said ,”They are not Responsible for wrong info provided on PayZapp by Merchant”. I would like to ask, “why I should suffer for any misinformation, it is your responsibility to get them checked. “ I would like to ask certain things from BSNL: 1. Why two plans of same Amount i.e. RS 485 has been made??Is it Only to make customers fool?? 2. PayZapp is asking that they are not responsible,if Merchant(BSNL) puts a wrong info on PayZapp App.Why BSNL has put wrong info on PayZapp. At the End, I would like to ask JAGO GRAHAK JAGO to FIX responsibility on any of these as I did nothing wrong apart from Trusting .I hope I will get compensation amount of Rs 485 as soon as possible. Customers are God and they should not be cheated like this, Specially PayZapp should learn this lesson. Please reply at the earliest. I hope the Reply will be productive.
