I am a registered Jobong user named Karan with mobile no ***********. Few days ago I ordered for a UCB brand tshirt bearing Order id : *********** which was delivered on 22.04.19. Within just few minutes after unpacking the product I found the quality of item of sub standard and immediately booked for return of the item citing reason as fabric quality of low standard. On 24.04.19 the delivery person took the item back and I have also got back the amount but a total of Rs 148 has been deducted. On quering the same at your customer care it was informed that the shipping charges are not returned. My question to your company is why shall a customer pay for shipping charges for getting nothing at all. The quality that I expected was not being delivered to me by your seller, the trust that a customer has on the brand Jabong for delivering the original quality product has been made a mockery. On top of it the customer care executive and his supervisor are not willing to admit that the quality has been compromised moreover they informed me that after I returned the product the quality has been verified and was found ok. I asked them to repeat what they said since after less than few hours wherein the item would still be at local warehouse who did the quality test, was it the delivery man, did he do the quality check of a brand like United Colors of Benetton, is he that competent to do so. The customer care executive were adamant to their statement that was quality was ok without even getting a first hand experience if the product. I am not an expert in fabric quality check but as a common man I can differentiate between an original product of United Colors of Benetton and probably its first copy or same counterfeit of that brand. I am simply asking you to kindly verify the item and check and if possible provide me with a quality assurance certificate of that item and I am ready to pay double the price of it else be kind enough to return my hard earned money which you have taken in the name of shipping charges.
