I had placed an return for ORDER ID *********** on purchase from Jabong during there 27th July sale. The had delivered the product very late the prescribed time. After receiving the product I tried placing return on site but the site had technical fault. They are showing the product as confirmed, neither dispatched nor delivered. I had approached Jabong customer care mails and ph many times with snapshots too but they are not responding. On there Facebook page complaints are flooded with wrong delivery issues. They committed a hug scam and Fraud with ppl. They are not taking returns for there products which they sold. Also I had 5 orders with them each had one or the other issue. The courier guy misplaced the product and declared it as delivered to the customer that's me. They had taken no action on my complaints since July. Pls resolve my issue as they are waiting that the product crosses 15 days and they will refuse me the refund. Its a Big Fraud with customers.
