purchased five items from Jabong.com via Order ***********, the online shopping portal on 12 July 2015. Out of five items one T Shirt was never delivered. although the price of the T Shirt is not very high, but they have completely ignored my inquiries. I have repeatedly mailed, called but they never respond in a satisfactory manner. I wanted to cancel but there also they have not acted. I want Jabong to compensate and make their management aware who keep sending useless emails in reply of any queries.
