I purchased 2 shirts one of Levi's and other one of Harvard. But due to fit issues I created a return request on the same day the product reached me i.e., 9 July, 2017. Product was picked up from my home on 24 July, 2017 without giving any receipt. Courier partner was delivery. They provided me the receipt on 29 July, 2017. Since that day I am waiting for the refund process to complete. Repeatedly I have called Myntra customer care and contacted via Twitter too. They are not providing satisfactory reason for delay and everytime asking for more time and my patience. They are also giving me inconsistent information. I am fed-up of all this.
