Defective product

I recently purchased a phone worth 37000. They delivered a defective phone that doesn't switch on. I filed for a return request, they rejected it and asked me to visit an authorized service center and get a report. I did the same. Now, they are saying that the account is flagged and rejecting the return request. I have a phone that doesn't switch on and the return is rejected for no fault of my own.
