Worst customer Services: Never Picks the Call/Never Responded on on Query/Complains

I have added 5000 Rupees from bank account to my paytm Wallet 9650170773. Then I tried to transfer it to my Bank Saving Account But I got the notification Transaction is pending ( its more than 24 Hours ) and didn’t get back my 5000 Rupees to my Bank account or Paytm Wallet Yet. I have Already registered complain through Paytm Application though my mobile phone twice but didn’t get any call or email from Customer Service Desk. Even I have also tried to call on Customer Care number but it didn’t get connected. I Don’t Know Paytm is making fool to customer or they don’t have the sense of Customer Satisfaction. I don’t care about Paytm’ s Technical Error/Issues etc , I just need my Money back ASAP. 1 More Complain Paytm is saying they are not taking any charges on Money Transfer but when I went to my Order history It is showing 4,785 Rupees instead of 5000 Rupees means differences of 215 Rupees, Paytm is calculating its charges of Money Transfer. This is my Final email to Paytm Regarding my Complain on my Money Transfer ( Wallet to Bank Account).I need my money back before 5 PM IST, Today Anyhow. If you guys will not respond me back I am going to Police case against Paytm and I Will take paytm in the court, Its my Promise .
