am very disappointed with the services every time i am facing issue. Today i called on customer care and that associate shared incorrect information.My Number is *********** every month need to call on helpline to get reversal on my CUG charges which is very wrong in nature wherein i need to call to customer care to get reversal. Issue happen today wherein when i called customer care and that person name yashir said that your CUG not activated and reversal will not be done. I am unable to understand that why i will pay this due charges this is 3rd time i am facing issue related to irrelevant charges and this problem is going on continuously and i am unable to understand why customer care and reliance store are unable to share the accurate info
