damaged product... reverse pickup rescheduling everyday

For order id: 15268073296. Product : Riyaan leatherette 3+1+1 sofa set. Product Cost:15109INR Order placed: 21st Sept 2016 Product delivered/ Received: 12th Oct 2016 As per 7 days easy return policy of snapdeal, Return request placed on: 13th Oct 2016 Reason: damaged sofa Problem/issue: After sending damaged sofa pictures when they requested, the reverse pickup was scheduled, but after following up with them almost on daily basis the reverse pickup is still not completed.D aily I am receiving one message in morning that reverse pickup will be done by today and by evenng one message comes with status as reverse pickup is unsuccessful.same is repeating on daily basis and i am pissed off with this. I regret every single second buying product from snapdeal. I need complete refund whether or not they want to pickup their sofa set. They have made my life problematic as I have to call them everyday, wait for pickup schedule, wait for my money to be refunded.
