Disconnection placed due to poor service / coverage

This is to let you all know that after placing a disconnection due to POOR service / Call centre agents skill my account is getting deducted everyday basis in TATA SKY. The channels I placed order hardly viewable and after placing a complain to rectify it, I was surprised to know that my address is completely wrong in the system. However the funny thing is in that wrong address engineer visited few months back. So please recruit some good call centre who know basic spelling. No response from NODAL officer.
