Amount deducted from my account for an unsuccessful recharge

I am a user of Vodafone having number ***********. I have done a recharge on 9th July of Rs. 100 from vodafone site, but the transaction was not successful on that day. From that day i am regularly calling vodafone customer care for the refund. But EVERY TIME THEY GIVE ME A VERY DISSATISFIED RESPONSE. i have done thid payment from my axis credit card. Below is the screen shot of transaction done by me at vodafone site. I have been told by customer care that the refund will take place within 5 days, but now it's been more than 24 days and still no action has been taken. I have even mailed vodafone customer care about my issue, but still i haven't received any solution from them. i have tried to contact vodafone customer care, but it seems they have blocked my number from contacting their customer care representative. i am never been able to talk with contact customer care. The money has been charged to me by y credit card company but still the recharge has not been done on my phone. I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH VODAFONE CUSTOMER CARE. Kindly help me in getting my money back from vodafone.
