I had taken the Vodafone sim few days back. As soon as I got the msg to activate no. I called 117 as per the instructions given by vodfone guy and after that I had lot of problems in that sim like I was not able to make calls and receive the calls even if I call customer care it was just saying "service for this no. Is temperorily disabled" and very next day I went to Vodafone store Indiranagar Bangalore there Vodafone store guy was also not able to resolve my issue and he told me to take some other sim with the same plan and for deactivation of this previous no. He told me to keep mail to corpcare@vodafone.com I did it in front of him and took the new sim. But after 2 days the mail from corp care came simply they did conversation up to 12 days and for ever mail they will take 2 days to replay and after 12 days they cancelled the no. from my name and asking me to pay the bill for both the no. Of old and the present is it fare?
